Abstract
本发明公开了用于防止反向组装的线缆固定夹子。所述线缆固定夹子包括:主体,所述主体在下部形成有线缆组件接收部;弹性支承件,所述弹性支承件连接到所述主体,使得在所述主体和所述弹性支承件之间形成装配凹槽,托架被***所述装配凹槽中;以及防反向组装肋,所述防反向组装肋被安装在所述主体和所述弹性支承件中的至少一者处。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于将线缆固定到车辆的托架上的夹子,并且更具体地涉及能够防止反向组装的线缆固定夹子。
背景技术
在车辆中使用用于传递操纵力的各种类型的线缆。这些线缆被设置在车辆的框架处或被固定到固定于框架上的托架。使用用于引导线缆的承座以防止线缆弯曲或磨损,并且夹子构件被广泛地用作用于将承座和线缆安装到托架的安装装置。
于2002年5月16日公布的韩国实用新型登记No.20-0275868公开了夹子的示例。然而,根据现有技术的夹子具有这样的问题:夹子和承座可能被无意地反向组装到托架。在反向组装的情况下,夹子和承座在车辆行进期间可能彼此分离,并且不可能通过线缆来正常地传递操纵力。
发明内容
因此,已经形成本发明以解决现有技术中的上述问题,并且本发明的目的在于提供一种用于防止反向组装的线缆固定夹子。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种用于防止反向组装的线缆固定夹子,所述线缆固定夹子包括:主体,所述主体在下部形成有线缆组件接收部;弹性支承件,所述弹性支承件连接到所述主体,使得在所述主体和所述弹性支承件之间形成装配凹槽,托架被***所述装配凹槽中;以及防反向组装肋,所述防反向组装肋被安装在所述主体和所述弹性支承件中的至少一者处。
所述线缆固定夹子还包括承座,线缆组件的线缆穿过所述承座,并且所述承座具有止动件,所述止动件设置在这样的位置处,所述弹性支承件不能够弯曲超过所述位置,从而防止反向组装。
根据本发明,不会反向地组装用于将线缆组件固定到托架的夹子。

具体实施方式
现将参照附图来详细地参考本发明的实施方式。为了理解本发明的技术构思,将省除与本发明无直接关系的部件的说明。即使不存在对这些部件的详细说明,本领域技术人员也可容易地理解本发明,而不存在任何困难。
图1是示出第一实施方式的紧固到托架的夹子组件的立体图;图2是该夹子组件的分解立体图;以及图3是该夹子组件的侧视图。
夹子300包括:主体10,所述主体在下部形成有线缆组件接收部11;弹性支承件20,所述弹性支承件20连接到所述主体10,使得在所述主体10和所述弹性支承件20之间形成有供托架100***的装配凹槽15;以及防反向组装肋30。
弹性支承件20可以沿A方向(参见图3)弯曲并且具有接合凸起部22。该接合凸起部22接合托架100的接合凹槽105。
图1至图3示出了,在弹性支承件20处设置有防反向组装肋30。然而,防反向组装肋30可设置在主体10处。另选地,肋30可设置在弹性支承件30和主体10两者处。
用于引导线缆200的承座40具有止动件45。止动件45设置在端位置处,弹性支承件20不能够弯曲超过该端位置,从而防止反向组装。在该端位置处阻碍弹性支承件20的弯曲。
图4是示出其中第二实施方式的夹子300’被紧固到托架100’的状态的立体图,并且图5是该状态的分解立体图。夹子300’与夹子300的不同之处在于,不弯曲弹性支承件20’而将夹子300’紧固到托架100’。
接下来,将描述夹子300和300’至托架的紧固。
如果夹子300反向接近托架100以便组装,那么由防反向组装肋30来阻碍托架100,由此防止反向组装。此外,在弹性支承件20必须沿图3的方向A弯曲以便组装的情况下,弹性支承件20的弯曲在端位置处由止动件45阻碍。也就是说,弹性支承件20的最大弯曲不会形成供托架100***以便组装的间隙。
通过防反向组装肋30’可防止如图4和图5所示的夹子300’的反向组装。
虽然已经具体地参考附图描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是将理解的是,本发明的范围由下述权利要求书确定并且不由所述实施方式和/或附图来限定。此外,本领域技术人员将理解的是,本发明的修改和等同物属于本发明的范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于防止反向组装的线缆固定夹子,所述线缆固定夹子包括:
主体,所述主体在下部形成有线缆组件接收部;
弹性支承件,所述弹性支承件连接到所述主体,使得在所述主体和所述弹性支承件之间形成装配凹槽,托架被***所述装配凹槽中;以及
防反向组装肋,所述防反向组装肋被安装在所述主体和所述弹性支承件中的至少一者处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的线缆固定夹子,所述线缆固定夹子还包括:
承座,线缆穿过所述承座;
其中,所述承座包括止动件,所述止动件设置在这样的位置处,所述弹性支承件不能够弯曲超过所述位置,从而防止反向组装。
