背景技术
羊肉可以补体虚,祛寒冷,温补气血;益肾气,补形衰,开胃健力;补益产妇,通乳治带,助元阳,益精血。能御风寒,又可补身体,对一般风寒咳嗽、慢性气管炎、虚寒哮喘、肾亏阳痿、腹部冷痛、体虚怕冷、腰膝酸软、面黄肌瘦、气血两亏、病后或产后身体虚亏等一切虚状均有治疗和补益效果,最适宜于冬季食用,故被称为冬令补品,深受人们欢迎。

一种荆芥营养麻辣即食羊肉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:羊肉300-310、食盐10-15、辣椒粉10-15、花椒粉10-15、年糕7-9、泡酸菜2-3、橙汁10-12、荆芥粉4-6、山楂片8-9、午餐肉10-12、菱角6-7、眉豆粉2-3、米糠油40-50、向日葵花1-2、白芷1-2、打米花1-2、生地黄1-1.5、沙棘1-1.5、水适量、营养助剂40-50;
所述的营养助剂由下列重量份原料制成:桃肉干5-6、洋葱汁9-12、萝卜丝4-5、板栗5-7、荷兰豆6-7、糯米粉8-9、莴苣叶10-12、白术1-2、板栗叶1-2、泽泻1-2、向日葵叶1-2、桑葚1-2、水适量;
所述的营养助剂的制备方法为:(1)将白术、板栗叶、泽泻、向日葵叶、桑葚混合加入适量的水熬煮20-30分钟,过滤得药液;
(2)将桃肉干和萝卜丝放在洋葱汁内浸泡30-40分钟后捞出,将荷兰豆和板栗放在(1)中药液中煮15-20分钟后捞出,再将桃肉干、萝卜丝、荷兰豆和板栗混合捣碎,再加入糯米粉均匀混合得混合酱,将混合酱均匀摊在莴苣叶上,再放入蒸笼内蒸20-30分钟,再烘干磨成粉,即得。

(4)将羊肉切成片,再加入食盐、辣椒粉、花椒粉腌制20-30分钟,再将混合浆液涂抹在羊肉的表面,再将除米糠油以外的其它剩余原料包裹在羊肉的最外面,最后将羊肉放在米糠油内炸2-3分钟,即得。

1.一种荆芥营养麻辣即食羊肉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:羊肉300-310、食盐10-15、辣椒粉10-15、花椒粉10-15、年糕7-9、泡酸菜2-3、橙汁10-12、荆芥粉4-6、山楂片8-9、午餐肉10-12、菱角6-7、眉豆粉2-3、米糠油40-50、向日葵花1-2、白芷1-2、打米花1-2、生地黄1-1.5、沙棘1-1.5、水适量、营养助剂40-50;
所述的营养助剂由下列重量份原料制成:桃肉干5-6、洋葱汁9-12、萝卜丝4-5、板栗5-7、荷兰豆6-7、糯米粉8-9、莴苣叶10-12、白术1-2、板栗叶1-2、泽泻1-2、向日葵叶1-2、桑葚1-2、水适量;
