本发明公开了一种保健药膳粥及其制备方法,所述保健药膳粥的原料成分的重量配比为:小米10~20份、黑米20~30份、薏米20~30份、猪蹄20~30份、党参5~10份、玉竹10~20份、茯苓10~20份、芡实10~20份、白扁豆5~10份、黑豆5~10份、黄豆5~10份、赤小豆5~10份、红枣5~15份、料酒20~30份、生姜3~5份、食盐5~10份、水300~500份,经过清洗、煎煮、混合、炖煮、包装制得。本发明使用的中药材组方合理,具有预防和治疗湿毒、健脾、清热润燥,滋阴养颜,润肠通便等功效,且制备方法简单易行,且粥体嫩滑,味道鲜美,易于为人群所接受,老少皆宜,可作为日常保健品经常食用。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种保健药膳粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,环境污染严重,工作压力大,人们所吃的很多果蔬里面都含有农药、激素等,严重损害了人们的身体健康。各种药物治疗也会带来一定的副作用。中医认为,在饮食中带治疗,是人们身体最易于接受的方法,也是最为健康的方法,但是食疗的各种食材搭配,必需严格控制,才能达到预期效果。
发明内容
针对以上提出的问题,本发明提供一种保健药膳粥,具有预防和治疗湿毒、健脾、清热润燥,滋阴养颜,润肠通便等功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种保健药膳粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:小米10~20份、黑米20~30份、薏米20~30份、猪蹄20~30份、党参5~10份、玉竹10~20份、茯苓10~20份、芡实10~20份、白扁豆5~10份、黑豆5~10份、黄豆5~10份、赤小豆5~10份、红枣5~15份、料酒20~30份、生姜3~5份、食盐5~10份、水300~500份。
进一步,所述保健药膳粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:小米10份、黑米20份、薏米20份、猪蹄20份、党参5份、玉竹10份、茯苓10份、芡实10份、白扁豆5份、黑豆5份、黄豆5份、赤小豆5份、红枣5份、料酒20份、生姜3份、食盐5份、水300份。

本发明还提供保健药膳粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将小米、黑米、薏米浸泡6~7小时,取党参、玉竹、茯苓、芡实清洗后切块,放入料酒中浸泡10~20分钟,过滤,得到中药提取液;
(2)把猪蹄皮肉与骨头分开,置铁锅中,加水和生姜,加入(1)所述提取液,旺火煮沸,撇去浮沫,改文火炖至猪蹄烂熟时将骨头取出;
(3)将白扁豆、黑豆、黄豆、赤小豆、红枣混合浸泡10~12小时,用豆浆机榨得混合豆浆,滤去杂质,加入到(2)所述物料中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将(1)所述浸泡后的小米、黑米、薏米加入到(3)所述混合物中,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,再加入盐,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有预防和治疗湿毒、健脾、清热润燥,润肠通便等功效;
(2)且制备方法简单易行,且粥体嫩滑,味道鲜美,老少皆宜。

或小米15份、黑米25份、薏米25份、猪蹄25份、党参7份、玉竹15份、茯苓15份、芡实15份、白扁豆7份、黑豆7份、黄豆7份、赤小豆7份、红枣10份、料酒25份、生姜4份、食盐7份、水400份。
实施例三
一种保健药膳粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:小米10~20份、黑米20~30份、薏米20~30份、猪蹄20~30份、党参5~10份、玉竹10~20份、茯苓10~20份、芡实10~20份、白扁豆5~10份、黑豆5~10份、黄豆5~10份、赤小豆5~10份、红枣5~15份、料酒20~30份、生姜3~5份、食盐5~10份、水300~500份。
其制备方法步骤为:
(1)将小米、黑米、薏米浸泡6~7小时,取党参、玉竹、茯苓、芡实清洗后切块,放入料酒中浸泡10~20分钟,过滤,得到中药提取液;
(2)把猪蹄皮肉与骨头分开,置铁锅中,加水和生姜,加入(1)所述提取液,旺火煮沸,撇去浮沫,改文火炖至猪蹄烂熟时将骨头取出;

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健药膳粥,其特征在于:所述保健药膳粥的原料成分的重量配比为:小米15份、黑米25份、薏米25份、猪蹄25份、党参7份、玉竹15份、茯苓15份、芡实15份、白扁豆7份、黑豆7份、黄豆7份、赤小豆7份、红枣10份、料酒25份、生姜4份、食盐7份、水400份。
5.一种制备权利要求1所述的保健药膳粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将小米、黑米、薏米浸泡6~7小时,取党参、玉竹、茯苓、芡实清洗后切块,放入料酒中浸泡10~20分钟,过滤,得到中药提取液;
(2)把猪蹄皮肉与骨头分开,置铁锅中,加水和生姜,加入(1)所述提取液,旺火煮沸,撇去浮沫,改文火炖至猪蹄烂熟时将骨头取出;
(3)将白扁豆、黑豆、黄豆、赤小豆、红枣混合浸泡10~12小时,用豆浆机榨得混合豆浆,滤去杂质,加入到(2)所述物料中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将(1)所述浸泡后的小米、黑米、薏米加入到(3)所述混合物中,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,再加入盐,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
