Claims (16)
1. Способ производства многокомпонентного автомобильного остекления, включающего стекло, эластомерный уплотнитель и металлическую вставку, залитую эластомерным уплотнителем, включающий стадии, на которых:
вставляют край стекла и металлическую вставку в форму для герметизации, образующую герметичную полость вокруг края стекла,
заполняют герметичную полость, охватывающую край стекла и металлическую вставку, нагнетая герметизирующий состав, содержащий соединение полипропилен (РР)/термопластичный эластомер (ТРЕ) в расплавленном состоянии,
охлаждают герметизирующий состав с образованием эластомерного уплотнителя, в который встроена металлическая вставка,
извлекают эластомерный уплотнитель, в который встроена металлическая вставка, из формы,
отличающийся тем, что указанное соединение РР/ТРЕ содержит от 30 до 80% вес., предпочтительно от 40 до 75% вес., в частности от 45 до 70% вес. полипропилена (РР), и тем, что металлическая вставка по всей поверхности, которая должна вступать в контакт с герметизирующим составом, снабжена покрытием из полипропилена.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что поверхность вставки, которая должна вступать в контакт с герметизирующим составом, составляет от 10 см2 до 1000 см2.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что ТРЕ выбран из группы, состоящей из следующих полимеров:
невулканизированный каучук из мономера этилен-пропилен-диена (EPDM),
частично вулканизированный каучук из мономера этилен-пропилен-диена (EPDM) и
стирольные термопластичные эластомеры (ТРЕ-S), такие как блоксополимеры поли(стирол-b-бутадиен-b-стирол) (SBS), блоксополимеры поли(стирол-b-(этилен-бутилен)-b-стирол) (SEBS) и блоксополимеры поли(стирол-b-(этилен-пропилен)-b-стирол) (SEPS).
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что толщина покрытия из полипропилена на металлической вставке составляет от 0,1 до 5 мм, предпочтительно от 0,5 до 4 мм, в частности от 1 до 3 мм.

Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что герметизирующий состав дополнительно содержит минеральные наполнители, такие как мел, каолин, тальк, оксид цинка и углеродная сажа, облегчающие нанесение добавки, такие как масла, предпочтительно минеральные масла, или антиоксиданты или УФ-стабилизаторы.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что герметизирующий состав содержит от 35 до 65% вес., предпочтительно от 45% до 60% вес., в частности от 50 до 57% вес. соединения РР/ТРЕ относительно общего веса герметизирующего состава.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что герметизирующий состав нагнетают при температуре от 170°С до 260°С, предпочтительно от 170°С до 220°С и давлении от 15 бар до 120 бар, предпочтительно от 15 бар до 80 бар.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что стадию охлаждения жидкого герметизирующего состава осуществляют путем активного охлаждения формы для герметизации.
