Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un proceso para fabricar un acristalamiento de vehículo motorizado complejo que comprende un panel de vidrio, un sello de elastómero, y una inserción de metal sobremoldeada por el sello de elastómero que comprende - insertar un borde de un panel de vidrio y una inserción de metal en un molde de encapsulamiento que forma una cavidad hermética alrededor del borde del panel de vidrio, - llenar la cavidad hermética que contiene el borde del panel de vidrio y la inserción de metal, al inyectar una composición de encapsulamiento que comprende un compuesto de polipropileno (PP)/elastómero termoplástico (TPE) en el estado fundido, - enfriar la composición de encapsulamiento para formar un sello de elastómero en donde se integra la inserción de metal, - liberar el sello de elastómero, en donde se integra la inserción de metal, a partir del molde, el proceso se caracteriza porque dicho compuesto de PP/TPE comprende de 30% a 80% en peso, de preferencia de 40% a 75% en peso y en particular de 45% a 70% en peso de polipropileno (PP), y porque la inserción de metal se cubre sobre toda su superficie susceptible a entrar en contacto con la composición de encapsulamiento, con un revestimiento de polipropileno.
