Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con composiciones de aceite lubricante que tiene buenas propiedades de friccion, con procesos para preparar estas composiciones de aceite lubricante y para utilizarlas. La eficiencia de las cajas de engranes modernas, los motores y las bombas hidraulicas dependen no solo de las propiedades de las partes de la maquina sino tambien ampliamente de las propiedades de friccion del lubricante utilizado. Para el desarrollo de estos lubricantes, es de particular importancia tener el conocimiento de la accion de los componentes lubricantes utilizados en relacion con la formacion de pelicula y friccion, y la seleccion de aditivos adecuados pueden, por ejemplo, conducir a disminuir el consumo promedio de combustible de un vehiculo a traves de poco porcentaje. En este contexto, los constituyentes particularmente efectivos de un lubricante incluyen aceites base que tienen una viscosidad y de esta manera una baja friccion inherente y tambien modificadores organicos de friccion. Un ejemplo de esta tendencia es la generacion mas reciente de lo que conocemos como aceites de motor de economia de combustible de las clases SAE 5W-20, SAE 5W-30 o SAE 0W-20, que pueden encontrarse analogamente tambien para aceites de cajas de velocidades manuales y automaticas.
