Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 복수의 셀 영역으로 형성된 기판간 합착 공정이 수행되는 진공 챔버와;상기 진공 챔버 내에 설치되고 제2기판을 고정하는 상부 스테이지 및 제1기판을 고정하는 하부 스테이지와;상기 각 스테이지를 이동시키는 스테이지 이동 수단과;상기 상부 스테이지의 각 모서리 부위와 어느 한 변의 중간 부위에 적어도 2개 이상 형성된 다수의 제1관측공과;상기 제1관측공에 대향하여 상기 진공 챔버에 형성된 다수의 제2관측공과;상기 진공 챔버에 설치된 레일과;상기 제2관측공에 대향하도록 상기 레일에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 각 기판의 각 셀 영역 단위로 위치 정렬을 수행하는 다수의 얼라인 수단과;상기 레일을 따라 상기 각 관측공이 형성된 위치로 상기 각 얼라인 수단을 이동시키는 구동 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 다수의 셀 영역과 더미 영역을 가지고, 얼라인 마크는 상기 각 셀 영역의 각 모서리 부위와 인접된 각 더미 영역에 각각 형성되며,상기 제1관측공과 제2관측공은 상기 각 얼라인 마크에 대응하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 다수의 셀 영역과 더미 영역을 가지고, 얼라인 마크는 각 셀 영역이 이루는 열 또는, 행 방향을 기준으로 상기 각 행의 최소 두 모서리 부위의 더미 영역에 각각 형성되며,상기 제1관측공과 제2관측공은 상기 각 얼라인 마크에 대응하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 다수의 셀 영역과 더미 영역을 가지고, 얼라인 마크는 각 셀 영역이 이루는 열 또는, 행 방향을 기준으로 상기 각 열의 최소 두 모서리 부위의 더미 영역에 각각 형성되며,상기 제1관측공과 제2관측공은 상기 각 얼라인 마크에 대응하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1기판과 제2기판은 다수의 셀 영역과 더미 영역을 가지고, 얼라인 마크는 각 셀 영역이 이루는 열 또는, 행 방향을 기준으로 상기 각 열 혹은, 행의 둘레측 각 중앙 부위의 더미 영역에 각각 형성되며,상기 제1관측공과 제2관측공은 상기 각 얼라인 마크에 대응하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 얼라인 수단은 각각 소정 범위 내에 있는 다수의 얼라인 마크를 각각 관측할 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.

- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 얼라인 수단은,상기 기판의 가운데를 기준으로 일측영역의 상기 얼라인 마크를 관측하는 제 1 얼라인 카메라와;상기 기판의 가운데를 기준으로 타측영역의 상기 얼라인 마크를 관측하는 제 2 얼라인 카메라를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 얼라인 수단은 각 기판에 형성된 다수의 얼라인 마크를 각각 관측하거나 각 기판의 얼라인 마크간 중간 위치를 관측하여 기판간 위치 정렬을 수행하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 얼라인 카메라 중 어느 하나는 각 기판의 얼라인 마크를 관측하고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 얼라인 카메라 중 어느 나머지 하나는 각 기판의 얼라인 마크간 중간 위치를 관측하여 기판간 위치 정렬을 수행하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자용 합착 장치.
