Description
Claims (9)
- 광전변환소자와 이 광전변환소자에 발생되는 신호를 증폭하여 출력선에 출력하도록 배치된 증폭소자를 각각 가지는 복수의 화소부와;상기 증폭소자를 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 부하 트랜지스터와;상기 부하 트랜지스터의 상기 증폭소자의 출력부측에 있는 제 1주전극영역의 전위변동을 억제하도록, 상기 제 1주전극영역에 직렬로 접속된 전위제어소자를 가지며,상기 부하 트랜지스터는 상기 전위제어소자를 통하여 상기 출력선에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전위제어소자는 제어 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어트랜지스터의 제어전극영역에는 상기 증폭소자로 부터 신호가 판독되는 기간동안과, 증폭소자가 판독되지 않는 기간동안 모두 일정한 제 1전압을 인가하도록 배치된 구동회로를 부가하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 촬상장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어트랜지스터의 제어전극영역에, 상기 증폭소자로부터 신호가 판독되는 기간동안에는 일정한 제 1전압을 인가하고, 상기 증폭소자로부터 신호가 판독되지 않는 기간동안에는 제 1전압보다 낮은 전압을 인가하거나 또는 그라운드레벨을 인가하도록 배치된 구동회로를 부가하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전위제어소자는 제 1주 전극영역에 직렬로 접속된 게이트 접지형 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 광전변환소자와 상기 광전변환소자에 발생되는 신호를 증폭하여 출력선에 출력하도록 배치된 증폭소자를 각각 가지는 복수의 화소부와;상기 증폭소자에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 부하 트랜지스터와;상기 부하 트랜지스터의 상기 증폭소자의 출력부측에 있는 제 1주전극영역의 전위변동을 억제하도록, 상기 제 1주전극영역에 직렬로 접속된 전위제어소자를 가지며,상기 부하 트랜지스터는 상기 전위제어소자를 통하여 상기 출력선에 접속되고,상기 증폭소자로부터 신호가 판독되어 있을 때의 기간동안과 증폭소자로부터 신호가 판독되어 있지 않았을 때의 기간동안에 상기 제어 트랜지스터의 제어전극영역에 일정한 제 1전압을 인가하도록 배치된 구동회로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 제어트랜지스터는 게이트 접지형 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로하는 촬상장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,광을 화소에 결상시키는 렌즈와;상기 화소로부터의 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하도록 배치된 아날로그/디지털변환회로와;상기 아날로그/디지털 변환회로로부터의 신호를 처리하도록 배치된 신호처리회로를 부가하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,광을 화소에 결상시키는 렌즈와;상기 화소로부터의 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하도록 배치된 아날로그/디지탈변환회로와;상기 아날로그/디지털 변환회로로부터의 신호를 처리하도록 배치된 신호처리 회로를 부가하여 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
