Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、主として車両に取り付けられるシートの、シ
ートクッションを、その前縁側を上昇させたり、下降さ
せたりしてシートクッション座面の傾斜角を調整する装
置の改良に関するものであり、座面の傾斜角を無段階に
任意に変更、調整することができる構造の簡単な、比較
的軽量な装置を提供することを目的としている。
着座する人の体格とか好みに応じてシートクッション座
面の傾斜角を調整することにより疲労を除き、長時間に
わたり快適な着座姿勢を保つようにした装置は、既に種
々提案されているが、いずれも限定された複数段階に傾
斜角を調整しうるにすぎなく、好ましい傾斜角に近似し
た段階を選定しうるにすぎなく、すべての人が最快適な
着座姿勢を選びうるとは限らず、十分な効果が得られな
いものであった。
本考案は、実用新案登録請求の範囲に記載される構成と
することにより、すべての着席者が、いずれもその最適
の着座姿勢を選ぶことができ、しかも構造が簡単で軽量
であり、安価に供給しうる傾斜角調整装置を得たもので
ある。
以下図示例についてその構成を説明する。
図面は、本考案を自動車のフロントシートに適用した例
を示して釦り、シートクッション１の前縁側２を実線の
位置から鎖線１で示す位置のごとく上昇させたり、ある
いは旧位置へ下降させたりすることにより、シートクッ
ション座面３０床面に対する傾斜角を任意角度に調整す
るものである。
第２図はその具体的構成を示しており、図示を省略しで
あるが床面に配設しであるシートスライド用レール中の
アッパレールに固着されるシートスライドアジャスタ４
，５がシートクッションフレーム６の両側に配置され、
これにシートクッションフレームが取り付けられている
。
シートクッションフレーム６の前部寄り部位７に対応す
る位置の一方のシートスライドアジャスタ５には、ブラ
ケット８が固設されて訃り、これにセクターギヤ状のギ
ヤプレート９が、基部１０にお・いて上下方向に揺動で
きるよう軸支されている。
他方、シートスライドアジャスタ５には、別のブラケッ
ト１１が固設されてかり、これにノＡンドル１２で回転
されるピニオンギヤ１３が軸支されている。
このピニオンギヤ１３は、スプリングカップラーの如き
逆転防止装置１４を介してノ・ンドル１２と結合され、
バンドル操作による回転方向には自由に回転するものの
、ピニオンギヤ１３側から回転方向の荷重が作用しても
回転しないように構成されている。
上述のピニオンギヤ１３はギヤプレート９の歯部１５に
噛合しており、該ピニオンギヤ１３の正逆回転により、
ギヤプレート９が上あるいは下に揺動させられる。
ギヤプレート９の基部１０と歯部１５との中間には、上
向きにリンク１６がピン１７で枢着、立設されており、
該リンク１６の上端１８が、シートクッションフレーム
６に軸孔１９で枢着されている。
他方のシートスライドアジャスタ４には、ブラケット８
と同一位相にブラケット２０が固設され、これにブラケ
ット２１が上下方向に揺動しうるよう軸支されている。
このブラケット２０とブラケット２１との軸支位置は、
前記ブラケット８とギヤプレート９との軸支位置と同一
位相とされてＬ・る。
更に該ブラケット２１には、ギヤプレート９のリンク１
６と同一位相にリンク２２がピン２３で枢着、立設され
、その上端２４が軸孔２５でシートクッションフレーム
６に枢着されている。
リンク２２がリンク１６と同一位相に配設される結果、
ブラケット２１のブラケット２０との軸支点とピン２３
との位置は、ギヤプレート９０基部１０とブラケット８
との軸支点とピン１７との位置と、互に全く同一位相と
なっている。
前述のシートクッションフレーム６の後端２６は、シー
トスライドアジャスタ４，５に固設されているブラケツ
）２７．２８に軸２９．３０で枢着されている。
図示例では、ギヤプレート９０基部１０とブラケット８
との軸支部と、ブラケット２１とブラケット２０との軸
支部とは、ギヤプレート９とブラケット２１とに固着さ
れたトルク棒３１を各ブラケット８．２０で回動自在に
軸支することにより構成されており、ブラケット２１は
トルク棒３１を介し、ギヤプレート９と連動するように
構成されているが、ブラケット２１をギヤプレート９と
同一構造のものとし、ピニオンギヤ１３の軸をトルク棒
３１と同様に延長して第２のピニオンギヤを固着し、こ
れを前記ブラケット２１に代るギヤプレートの歯部に噛
合させてもよい。
ブラケット８側に１端を固着したトーションスプリング
３２がブラケット２０側に延出され、その端部３３がブ
ラケット２０を巡ってブラケット２１の下面に当接され
てお・す、ブラケット２１に常時上方へ揺動すべき弾性
勢力を付与している。
このトーションスプリング３２は、ギヤプレート９に当
接されていてもよく、また常時上方への弾性勢力を付与
できる限りは、トーションスプリング以外のスプリング
であってもよい。
このトーションスプリング３２は、着席時にシートクッ
ションフレーム６を介してギヤプレート９とブラケット
２１とに作用する下向きの揺動勢力に対抗する力をギヤ
プレート９とブラケット２１とに与えている。
本考案は、上述の構成であるからシートクッション座面
３を所望の傾斜角にしたいとき、ノ・ンドル１２を正逆
いずれかに回動させると、その回動がピニオンギヤ１３
を介してギヤプレート９の歯部１５に伝えられ、該ギヤ
プレート９がピニオンギヤ１３０回転角に相当するだけ
上向きあるいは下向きに揺動され、シートクッション１
の前縁側２が上昇あるいは下降され、シートクッション
座面３が所望の傾斜角に調整されるもので、その調整範
囲は、ギヤプレート９の歯部１５の歯数の範囲内では無
段階である。
着座時に加わる下圧力がギヤプレート、プラグット等を
下向きに揺動させるべく作用してもノ・ンドル１２とピ
ニオンギヤ１３との間に介装されているスプリングカッ
プラーの如き逆転防止装置１４と、トーションスプリン
グ３２のごときスプリングとの作用で、シートクッショ
ン座面３の下降は阻止され、常に選定された傾斜角に維
持される。
なお、シートクッション座面３の傾斜角を小としたいと
きは、ハンドル１２を逆回転させればよいものである。
またシートクッションフレーム６の前部寄り部位７を介
して作用する荷重は、ギヤプレート９とブラケット２１
との支軸と、ピニオンギヤ１３の軸とで分散して受支さ
れる。
本考案は、上述の構成、作用のものであって、ピニオン
ギヤと噛合するギヤプレートの揺動によりシートクッシ
ョン座面の傾斜角を調整するものであるから、その調整
を無段階に行なうことができ、着座する人の体格、好み
等に応じ最適の傾斜角を選定しうる効果を奏しうる。
しかも構造としては、ピニオンギヤとギヤプレート、ブ
ラケットとリング等を設けるのみで足り、構造が比較的
簡単で、使用部品を少なく軽量にまとめることができ、
従って廉価に提供できる効果も有している。
更にピニオンギヤの逆転防止装置と、ギヤプレートある
いはそれと同一位相に設けられたブラケットの何れか一
方に設けられ、上方へ付勢しているスプリングとの作用
で、着座時にシートクッションフレームの前部寄り部位
を介して、前記ギヤプレートやブラケットに作用する下
向きの外力に対抗しうるし、この下向きの外力はシート
スライドアジャストに軸支されている前記ギヤプレート
とブラケット２１との支軸と、ピニオンギヤの軸とで分
散、受支されるので、これらの支軸、軸の強度を、それ
ぞれ最大荷重に対する１／２程度の荷重を負担しうる強
度のものたらしめうる効果もある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートスライド用のアッパレールに固着される両側のシ
    ートスライドアジャスタにおいて、シートクッションフ
    レームの前部寄り部位に対応する位置の、少なくとも一
    方のシートスライドアジャスタには、セクターギヤ状の
    ギヤプレートが基部において上下方向に揺動しうるよう
    軸支され、該プレートの歯部が、シートスライドアジャ
    スタに取り付けられたノ・ンドルによって回動させる逆
    転防止装置付きのピニオンギヤに噛合せしめられており
    、ギヤプレートの基部と歯部との間に枢着、立設された
    リンクの上端が、シートクッションフレームに枢着され
    ていると共に、他方のシートスライドアジャスタには、
    前記ギヤプレートと同一位相にブラケットが揺動しうる
    よう軸支され、該ブラケットには、前記ギヤプレートに
    枢着、立設されたリンクと同一位相に、リンクが枢着、
    立設され、該リンクの上端がシートクッションフレーム
    に枢着され、かつシートクッションフレームの後端は、
    両側のシートスライドアジャスタに枢着されていると共
    に、前記ギヤプレートもしくは、該ギヤプレートと同一
    位相に設けられたブラケットの少なくとも一方には、上
    方へ付勢するスプリングが付設されていることを特徴と
    するシートクッション座面の傾斜角調整装置。
