Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は自動車座席のシートクッション座面の傾き調整
と座席の高さ調整とを可能にするのに利用される。
従来の技術 現在用いられている自動車用座席は、第６図に示す如く
、ロアブラケット１にシートクッション２を支持させ、
ロアブラケット１に連結させたアツｚ’？ブラケット３
にシートバック４を支持させる構成となっている。５は
ヘッドレストを示す。同、ロアブラケット１はフロア側
の部材６に取付けられる。
この種の座席は、シートクッション２の座面の傾きをミ
ーため、点線で示す位置にシートクッション２を移動さ
せたり、又、図示していないがシートバックの傾きを変
え、シートリクライニングを可能にさせている。しかし
、第６図に示す座席では、点線に示す位置にシートクッ
ション２を移動させても、乗員の目の位置にほとんど変
化はない。そのため、体格に応じて目の位置を調整でき
るようシートクッション２の高さ調整が望まれ、実開昭
６０−１６６２２号公報に示す如く、シートクッション
２の高さ調整装置が開発されている。
本発明が解決しようとする問題点 シートクッションを上下動させ、フロアに対する高さを
変えることは、確かに、乗員の目の位置を好ましい位置
とさせ得るが、しかし、シートクッションの調整の都度
、背当シ感が変り、異和感を乗員に与える。又、シート
クッションのシートバックへの当りにより、シートクッ
ションの高さ調整のための操作力が著しく大きくなる。
それ故に、本発明は、前述した不具合を解消させること
を解決すべき問題点とする。
問題点を解決するための手段 不発明は、問題点を解決するため、第５図に示す如く、
シートクッション２の座面の傾き調整に加えて、ロアブ
ラケット１をフロアに対し昇降可能とさせることで、シ
ートクッションとシートバック４とをその相対関係を変
えることなく上下動可能とする考えを導入する。よυ具
体的には、フロア側部材６とロアブラケット１と全リン
クで連結し、該リンクをフロア側部材６に対して回動さ
せる技術的手段を用いる。
作用 フロア側部材とロアブラケットとを連結するリンクをフ
ロア側部材に対して回動させると、リンクとロアブラケ
ットとの枢支点の位置が変り、ロアブラケットをフロア
に対し上下動させることができる。たとえば、リンクを
起すと、ロアブラケットが上昇し、該ロアブラケットに
連結されたアラ・母ブラケットも同じ量だけ上昇スル。
かくシて、シートクッションとシートバックは第５図に
点線で示す位置へ移動する。
実施例 第１−３図を参照する。フロア側部材６をアッパレール
とロアレールとの組合せとし、座席の前後方向の移動を
可能にする。シートクッション２を支持するアツノ９ブ
ラケット１は、対の離間したフロア側部材６に、夫々、
前後に離間したリンク７．７′を用いて連結される。一
方のリンク７はベルクランク状をなし、その−瑞がロア
ブラケット１に固定されたスプリングカップラ８の出力
部のカム板９アーム１３を介して接続させる。他方のリ
ンク７′は、直接、ロアブラケット１に枢支させる。リ
ンク７はロッド１０を介して連結され、該ロッド１０の
両端をロアブラケット１に軸支させる。１１はロアブラ
ケット１の上向きの動きを附勢するトーションスプリン
グである。スプリングカップラ８の構成は公知であり、
又、市販のスプリングカップラ８を用いればよいので、
ここでは、その構成の説明を省略する。スプリングカッ
プラ８０入力部にレバー１２を結合させる。
別のスプリングカップラ１４ｔ−ロアブラケット１に取
付け、その出力部にギヤ１５を固定する。ギヤはセクタ
ギヤ１６に噛会い、このセフ穴１８を利用して、ロアブ
ラケット１に枢支すれる。セクタギヤ１６の動きはロッ
ド１９を用いて他方のリンク１７′に伝達される。スプ
リングカッグラ１４の入力部はダイアル２０に固定され
る。かくして、ダイアル２０の回転は、スプリングカッ
プラ１４を介してギヤ１５を回転させ、セクタギヤ１６
を、その両端がロアブラケット１に軸支されたロッド１
９の軸心を中心とする回動をなし、両リンク１７．１７
’を昇降させ、シートクッション２を枢支点１８を中心
として回動させることになる。この結果、シートクッシ
ョン２の座面の傾きが調整される。
次に、レバー１２を引き起し、スプリングカッグラ８を
介してカム板９を矢印人（第２図）の如く回転させると
、アーム１３とリンク７との連［１１が矢印Ｂ方向に動
き、この動きは、リンクツを、リンクツとロアブラケッ
ト１との枢着点を中心に矢印Ｃ方向へと回動させること
になる。リンク７の回動は、ロッド１０を介して他方の
リンク７′に伝達され、ロアブラケット１を、スプリン
グ１１の助勢力を受けながら、持上げることになる。結
局、第５図に示す如く、シートクッション２とシートバ
ック４とが点線で示す新しい位置へ移動することになる
。シートクッション２を下げるには、レバー１２を下げ
れば、前述した動きとは逆の動きにより、可能となる。
第４図に本発明の別の例を示す。本例中、第１−３図に
示した例と同一構成には同一符号を記し、その説明を省
略する。スプリングカップラ８の出力部にギヤ２１を固
定し、このギヤ２１をロッド１０に固定されたセクタギ
ヤ２２に噛合せる。セクタギヤ２２の他端は、フロア１
１１１１部材６に枢支させる。第４図に示す例は、第１
図の例のカム板９に代えてギヤ２１を用い、又、リンク
７に代えてリンクの働きをするセクタギヤ２２を用いた
もので、その作用は第１図の例と全く同じなのでその説
明を省略する。
効果 本発明では、シートクッションの座面の傾き調整とは独
立した形で、シートクッションとシートバックの高さを
独自にａＩ４整できることから、乗員にとって最つとも
好適な座席での姿勢が得られる。

  1. 自動車のフロア側部材にリンクを介して支持されたシー
    トクッション用ロアブラケット、該ロアブラケットに連
    結されたシートバック用アッパブラケット、シートクッ
    ション座面を傾斜させる装置、前記フロア側部材に枢支
    された前記リンクを回動させ前記ロアブラケットと自動
    車のフロアとの間隔を調整させる装置とを有する自動車
    座席の高さ調整装置。
