Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 主圧力管路により少なくとも1のホイールブレーキに液圧的に接続された 制動圧発生装置と、ホイールブレーキと圧力流体収集装置とに接続された戻り管 路と、補助圧管路を有しかつ制動圧発生装置に液圧的に接続された補助圧ポンプ と、主圧力管路および戻り管路に介挿されて主圧力管路および戻り管路の圧力流 体路を閉じあるいは開状態を保持する入口弁および出口弁と、入口弁とホイール ブレーキとの間で主圧力管路に介挿された制御可能なレストリクタとを備え、こ のレストリクタは、第1切換位置で、主圧力管路中に、ホイールブレーキへの阻 害されない液圧流体路を形成し、他の切換位置で、ホイールブレーキへの圧力流 体路を制限するスリップ制御付き液圧ブレーキシステムであって、 制御可能なレストリクタ(4)を収容する環状ピストン(8)が、入口弁(1 )の弁閉鎖部材(11)に対して同軸状の弁キャリア(10)内の環状チャンバ (126)内を案内されることを特徴とする液圧ブレーキシステム。 2. 環状チャンバ(126)は段付き内孔であり、この段付き内孔は、一端側 を、入口弁(1)の磁気コア(127)により、他端側を、弁座(116)を収 容する中央部材(114)により限定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 液圧ブレーキシステム。 3. 環状ピストン(8)は、弁座(116)を含む中央部材(114)と、環 状チャンバ(126)の壁部との間を案 内されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム。 4. 磁気コア(127)に近接する環状ピストン(8)の端面は、磁気コア( 127)の端部に当接する状態に可動のシール面(115)を有することを特徴 とする請求項1から3のいずれか1に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム。 5. シールリング(124)を収容するための中間スペース(117)は、中 央部材(114)の端面と、中央部材(114)に近接する環状ピストン(8) の端面どの間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載 の液圧ブレーキシステム。 6. 中央部材(114)は、その対称軸の方向に少なくとも1の開口(118 )を有し、制動圧発生装置(5)の方向から延びる主圧力管路(2)とシールリ ング(124)を収容する中間チャンバ(117)との間に、常時圧力流体接続 を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1に記載の液圧ブレーキ システム。 7. 環状ピストン(8)はカラー(119)を有し、このカラーは基本的に、 環状チャンバ(126)の内孔段部上に配置され、磁気コア(127)上に装着 された圧縮ばね(7)上に支えられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のい ずれか1に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム。
