Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ビデオ情報に基づき変調される光子の発生源を具備し、 該光子は、ユーザの目の外部に該ユーザによって認識することが可能な架空画 像の無い状態で、該ユーザによって認識される仮想画像を作成するために、該ユ ーザの目の網膜に直接走査されることを特徴とする仮想画像表示システム。 2.前記仮想画像表示システムが、前記ユーザの頭部に取り付けられる請求項1 記載の仮想画像表示システム。 3.前記光子の発生源が、可干渉性の光線を生成する請求項1記載の仮想画像表 示システム。 4.前記の光子の発生源はカラー化された光線生成器を含んでいる特許請求の範 囲第1項に記載の仮想画像表示システム。 5.前記光子の発生源が、可干渉性の発光素子のアレイを含んでいる請求項1記 載の仮想画像表示システム。 6.前記光子の発生源が、レーザ位相調整アレイを含んでいる請求項1記載の仮 想画像表示システム。 7.前記ビデオ情報が、複数の画像要素のビデオ画像を表しており、 前記の表示システムが、前記ビデオ画像の各々の画像要素に対して認識される 深さを制御するために、前記の走査される光子の焦点を変更する手段を含んでい る請求項1記載の仮想画像表示システム。 8.前記ユーザにおける目の入射側の瞳の位置を検出するための目位置検出器と 、前記の走査される光線を移動して前記の入射側の瞳とほぼ一致させるための光 子偏向器とを有している請求項1記載の仮想画像表示システム。 9.前記ビデオ情報の発生源を含んでおり、該ビデオ情報の発生源は、前記光子 が変調されるビデオ情報を変更するために、前記の瞳 位置の動きに感応する請求項8記載の仮想画像表示システム。 10.前記ビデオ情報が、複数の領域のビデオ画像を表す複数のビデオ信号を含 んでおり、前記光子が、該複数のビデオ信号によって平行に変調されかつ平行に 走査される請求項1記載の仮想画像表示システム。 11.ユーザの頭部に取り付けられる仮想画像表示システムであって、 該仮想画像表示システムは、ビデオ情報に基づき変調される光子の発生源を具 備し、 前記光子は、第1の方向と、一般的に該第1の方向と垂直の第2の方向におい て前記ユーザの目の網膜上に直接走査され、このために、該ユーザの目の外部に 該ユーザによって認識することが可能な架空画像の無い状態で、該ユーザによっ て認識される仮想画像を作成することが可能になることを特徴とする仮想画像表 示システム。 12.前記光子の発生源が、可干渉性の光線を生成する請求項11記載の仮想画 像表示システム。 13.前記光子の発生源が、カラー化された光線生成器を含んでいる請求項11 記載の仮想画像表示システム。 14.前記光子の発生源が、非干渉性の発光素子のアレイを含んでいる請求項1 1記載の仮想画像表示システム。 15.前記光子の発生源が、レーザ位相調整アレイを含んでいる請求項11記載 の仮想画像表示システム。 16.前記ビデオ情報が、複数の画像要素のビデオ画像を表しており、 前記の表示システムが、前記ビデオ画像の各々の画像要素に対して認識される 深さを制御するために、前記の走査される光子の焦点 を変更する手段を含んでいる請求項11記載の仮想画像表示システム。 17.前記ユーザにおける目の入射側の瞳の位置を検出するための目位置検出器 と、前記の走査される光線を移動して前記の入射側の瞳とほぼ一致させるための 光子偏向器とを有している請求項11記載の仮想画像表示システム。 18.前記ビデオ情報の発生源を含んでおり、該ビデオ情報の発生源は、前記光 子が変調されるビデオ情報を変更するために、前記の瞳位置の動きに感応する請 求項17記載の仮想画像表示システム。 19.前記ビデオ情報が、複数の領域のビデオ画像を表す複数のビデオ信号を含 んでおり、前記光子が、該複数のビデオ信号によって平行に変調されかつ平行に 走査される請求項11記載の仮想画像表示システム。 20.ユーザの頭部に取り付けられる仮想画像表示システムであって、 該仮想画像表示システムは、 ビデオ情報に基づき変調される光子の発生源であって、第1の方向と、一般的 に該第1の方向と垂直の第2の方向において走査される前記光子の発生源と、 前記の走査される光子を前記ユーザの目の網膜上に直接投射し、該ユーザの目 の外部に該ユーザによって認識することが可能な架空画像の無い状態で、該ユー ザによって認識される仮想画像を作成するための光学的要素とを有していること を特徴とする仮想画像表示システム。 21.前記光学的要素が、環状の光学的要素を含んでいる請求項20記載の仮想 画像表示システム。 22.前記光学的要素が、光透過性の光学的要素を含んでおり、 前記仮想網膜表示装置が、透明の表示装置を形成し、該表示装置においては、 前記の走査される光子が、実際に重ね合わせられるように前記ユーザによって認 識される請求項20記載の仮想画像表示システム。 23.前記光学的要素が、可変自在の光透過性を有している請求項22記載の仮 想画像表示システム。 24.画像をユーザの目に直接投射するための仮想画像表示システムであって、 該仮想画像表示システムは、 一つの光源と、 該光源からの光線をビデオ信号でもって変調するための手段と、 前記の変調された光線を走査するための手段と、 前記の走査された光線を前記ユーザの目に直接投射し、前記ユーザの目の外部 に該ユーザによって認識することが可能な架空画像の無い状態で、該ユーザによ って認識される仮想画像を作成するための光学的要素とを有していることを特徴 とする仮想画像表示システム。 25.前記仮想画像表示システムが、前記ユーザの頭部に取り付けられる請求項 24記載の仮想画像表示システム。 26.前記光源が、可干渉性の光線を生成する請求項24記載の仮想画像表示シ ステム。 27.前記光源が、カラー化された光線生成器を含んでいる請求項24記載の仮 想画像表示システム。 28.前記光源が、非干渉性の発光素子のアレイを含んでいる請求項24記載の 仮想画像表示システム。 29.前記光源が、レーザ位相調整アレイを含んでいる請求項24記載の仮想画 像表示システム。 30.前記ビデオ情報が、複数の画像要素のビデオ画像を表しており、 前記の表示システムが、前記ビデオ画像の各々の画像要素に対して認識される 深さを制御するために、前記の走査される光線の焦点を変更する手段を含んでい る請求項24記載の仮想画像表示システム。 31.前記ユーザにおける目の入射側の瞳の位置を検出するための目位置検出器 と、前記の走査される光線を移動して前記の入射側の瞳とほぼ一致させるための 光線偏向器とを有している請求項24記載の仮想画像表示システム。 32.前記ビデオ情報の発生源を含んでおり、該ビデオ情報の発生源は、前記光 線が変調されるビデオ情報を変更するために、前記の瞳位置の動きに感応する請 求項31記載の仮想画像表示システム。 33.前記ビデオ情報が、複数の領域のビデオ画像を表す複数のビデオ信号を含 んでおり、前記光線が、該複数のビデオ信号によって平行に変調されかつ平行に 走査される請求項24記載の仮想画像表示システム。 34.前記の光学的要素が、環状のミラーを含んでいる請求項24記載の仮想画 像表示システム。 35.前記の走査手段および前記光学的要素が、前記ユーザの頭部に取り付けら れており、 前記光源および前記の変調手段が、前記の走査手段から離れていてかつ前記の 変調光線を前記の走査手段に結合するための手段を含んでいる請求項24記載の 仮想画像表示システム。 36.画像をユーザの目に直接投射するための仮想画像表示システムであって、 該仮想画像表示システムは、 一つの光源と、 前記光源からの光線を変調するためのビデオ情報を含む該ビデオ情報の発生源 と、 前記ビデオ情報に基づき変調される光線を走査するための手段と、 前記の走査された光線を前記ユーザの目に直接投射し、該ユーザの目の外部に 該ユーザによって認識することが可能な架空画像の無い状態で、該ユーザによっ て認識される仮想画像を作成するための光学的要素とを有していることを特徴と する仮想画像表示システム。 37.前記仮想画像表示システムが、前記ユーザの目に画像を直接投射するため の仮想画像表示システムであり、前記光源が、可干渉性の光線の発生源である請 求項36記載の仮想画像表示システム。 38.前記仮想画像表示システムが、前記ユーザの目に画像を直接投射するため の仮想画像表示システムであり、前記光源が、非干渉性の光線の発生源である請 求項36記載の仮想画像表示システム。 39.レーザ・ビームを放出するための光源と、 ビデオ信号に応じて、該光源からのレーザ・ビームを光学的に変調するための 光学的変調システムと、 前記の変調されたレーザ・ビームを水平方向および垂直方向に走査するための 走査システムとを有する表示装置であって、 前記の走査されたレーザ・ビームを該走査システムから投射して、該レーザ・ ビームの画像を前記表示装置の確認者の目の網膜上に形成するための投射光学的 システムを具備することを特徴とする表示装置。 40.画像を直接確認する形式の絵画像表示装置であって、 レーザ・ビームを放出するための光源と、 ビデオ信号を送るためのビデオ信号供給手段と、 該ビデオ信号供給手段から供給されるビデオ信号に応じて、前記光源から放出 されるレーザ・ビームを光学的に変調するための変調手段と、 走査信号を送るための走査信号供給手段と、 該走査信号供給手段から供給される走査信号に応じて、該走査信号からの変調 レーザ・ビームを水平方向および垂直方向に走査するための走査手段と、 該走査手段により受信されかつ走査されるレーザ・ビームを投射して、該レー ザ・ビームの画像を前記絵画像表示装置の確認者の目の網膜上に形成するための 投射光学的システムとを具備することを特徴とする直接確認式絵画像表示装置。 41.画像を直接確認する形式の絵画像表示装置であって、 レーザ・ビームを放出するための光源と、 ビデオ信号を送るためのビデオ信号供給手段と、 該ビデオ信号供給手段から供給されるビデオ信号に応じて、前記光源から放出 されるレーザ・ビームを光学的に変調するための変調手段と、 深さ情報を送るための深さ信号供給手段と、 該深さ信号供給手段から供給される深さ情報を、前記変調手段により受信され た変調レーザ・ビームに供与するための可変自在の焦点設定光学的システムと、 走査信号を送るための走査信号供給手段と、 可変自在の焦点設定光学的システムから受信されたレーザ・ビームを走査信号 供給手段から送られた走査信号に相応して走査するための走査手段と、 該走査手段により受信されかつ走査されるレーザ・ビームを投射 して、該レーザ・ビームの画像を前記絵画像表示装置の確認者の目の網膜上に形 成するための投射光学的システムとを具備することを特徴とする直接確認式絵画 像表示装置。 42.前記直接確認式絵画像表示装置が、更に、可変自在の焦点設定光学的シス テムを含んでいる請求項39記載の直接確認式絵画像表示装置。 43.画像を目の網膜上に直接表示するための装置であって、 複数のカラー化された光線と、 該複数ののカラー化された光線の各々をビデオ情報でもって変調するための手 段と、 前記の変調されたカラー光線を単一のビームに結合するための手段と、 該単一のビームの光線を水平方向および垂直方向に走査するための手段と、 前記の走査された光線をユーザの目に投射するための光学的要素とを具備する ことを特徴とする表示装置。
