Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 この考案は本出願人の発明にかかる特願平２−113784
号の「農用作業台車」（以下従来技術と言う）の改良に
関し、詳しくは機体に対し上下左右回動自在に設けた作
業アームを、機体に対し前後動自在に支持せしめた農用
作業台車に関する。
〈従来技術と問題点〉 従来技術を第４図及び第５図により説明すると、機体
（１）は縦フレーム（２）と横フレーム（３）からなり
横フレーム（３）に立設された支柱（８）には上下は勿
論左右回動自在に作業アーム（11）が設けられている。
作業アーム（11）は平行リンク機構でスプリング（14）
によって上方に付勢されており、先端には農作業機（1
3）の掛止自在な掛止具（12）が設けられている。従っ
て従来技術によれば農作業機（13）の支持自在な作業ア
ーム（11）は機体に対しては上下及び左右方向には回動
自在であるが前後方向には移動できないため、アーム
（11）先端に掛止されている農作業機（13）の前後位置
は機体（１）を前後させて位置合わせしなければならな
い不便があった。
〈問題点を解決するための手段〉 この考案は上記従来技術の欠点を除去することを目的
としており、機体を前後させることなく作業機の前後位
置を確実に合わせることのできる農用作業機を提供する
ものである。
即ちこの考案は、車輪に走行自在に支持された機体
（１）に対し、前後方向に回動自在に懸吊せしめた懸吊
アーム（９）の下端に連結具（10）を軸着し、該連結具
（10）に対し、上下、左右の方向に回動自在に作業アー
ム（11）を設けたことを特徴とする農用作業台車の構造
を要旨とするものである。
〈作用〉 この考案は農用作業機の掛止自在な作業アームを、機
体に対し前後回動自在に懸吊された懸吊アームの下端に
連結具を介し上下回動自在に連結し、上記作業アーム先
端に掛止された農作業機を上下左右は勿論、前後にも移
動自在なよう支持することができた。
〈実施例〉 この考案を図示実施例により説明すると、機体（１）
は縦フレーム（２）と横フレーム（３）をＬ字型に連結
してなり、横フレーム（３）の両端には脚台（４）
（４）を介して前輪（５）（５）が、また縦フレーム
（２）の後端には脚台（６）を介して後輪（７）が回動
自在に設けられている。横フレーム（３）には直立する
支柱（８）が横移動自在に螺着しており、支柱（８）に
は前後に回動自在な懸吊アーム（９）が懸吊支持されて
おり、下端には連結具（10）が設けられている。連結具
（10）は懸吊アーム（９）に対し作業アーム（11）を上
下は勿論左右にも回動自在なよう連結するためのもので
あるが、図示する如く懸吊アーム（９）及び作業アーム
（11）を平行リンク機構に形成しておけば、連結具（1
0）は懸吊アーム（９）の回動に拘らず機体（１）に対
し常時一定角度を保持し、これに連結された作業アーム
（11）は連結具（10）を介し機体（１）に対し上下左右
回動自在に支持されると共に、スプリング（14）によっ
て上方に付勢させることも容易である。作業アーム（1
1）は先端に設けた掛止具（12）に対し手動型の穴明け
機、播種機、移植機などの農作業機（13）を任意選択し
て着脱自在に掛止することができる。而も作業アーム
（11）をスプリング（14）により上方に付勢させておけ
ば、作業アーム（11）先端の農作業機（13）は重量の殆
どがそれに吸収され、極めて安楽に上下動させることが
できる。なお掛止具（12）は農作業機に合わせて任意形
成すればよく、本実施例に特定されるものではない。
また支柱（８）には作業に必要な苗箱、工具などの載
置自在な受台（15）を設けておくと便利である。（16）
は把手であり機体（１）を走行自在に押し進めることが
できるよう機体（１）側方に張り出して設けられてい
る。
〈考案の効果〉 このように本願考案によるときは、農作業機の掛止自
在な作業アームを上下左右回動自在に設けると共に、前
後動自在に支持することができるため、農作業機の地表
に対する位置合わせが極めて容易に且つ確実にできる効
果がある。
またこの考案において、懸吊アーム及び作業アームを
平行リンク機構に構成するときは、スプリングにより作
業アームを上方に付勢させることができるため農作業機
を安楽に上下動させることの出来る効果がある。

第１図は本願実施例の側面図、第２図はその平面図、第
３図は要部の斜視図、第４図は従来例側面図、第５図は

  1. 【請求項１】車輪に走行自在に支持された機体（１）に
    対し、前後方向に回動自在に懸吊せしめた懸吊アーム
    （９）の下端に連結具（10）を軸着し、該連結具（10）
    に対し、上下、左右の方向に回動自在に作業アーム（1
    1）を設けたことを特徴とする農用作業台車。
  2. 【請求項２】懸吊アーム（９）及び作業アーム（11）を
    平行リンク機構に形成したことを特徴とする第１項記載
    の農用作業台車。
