Claims (1)
- 2~8mmの厚さを有する一対のガラスを洗浄するステップと、
洗浄された1つの前記ガラスの表面に形成しようとする鏡デザイン部分を除外したフィルム層を形成するステップと、
前記鏡デザイン部分を含んで前記フィルム層の全体面にアルミニウム真空蒸着するステップと、
前記鏡デザイン部分にアルミニウム真空蒸着された両面鏡層を除外したアルミニウム真空蒸着された前記フィルム層を除去するステップと、
前記フィルム層が除去されてアルミニウム真空蒸着された前記両面鏡層側に接着シートを載置した後、洗浄された他の1つの前記ガラスを載置して1次熱乾燥加圧と2次真空加圧を経て接合するステップとを含み、かつ
前記フィルム層は30~100μmの厚さを有するPETシートを付着すること、または印刷技法によりシリコンインキを印刷することのうち、いずれか1つであり、
前記PETシートに形成される前記鏡デザイン部分は前記PETシートに鏡デザインをマーキング(marking)した後、マーキングされた部分を除去すること、または前記印刷技法により前記シリコンインキを印刷時、前記鏡デザイン部分を除外した部分を印刷することのうち、いずれか1つであり、
前記接着シートはPVB、EVA、またはUV resinのうち、いずれか1つであり、0.38~1.2mmの厚さを有する両面鏡を含む接合ガラス製造方法であって、
前記1次熱乾燥加圧は180~200℃で30~300秒の熱乾燥の加圧によりなされて、前記2次真空加圧は100~300℃の真空状態で3~5時間オートクレーブ(autoclave)内で加圧によりなされる、両面鏡を含む接合ガラス製造方法。
