Claims (20)
- 車輪と、当該車輪の上下運動を制御するサスペンションシステムと、を有する車両に用いられ、前記サスペンションシステムに接続される緩衝装置であって、
車輪の動きに応答してシリンダ内で往復運動するように配設され、ピストンシャフトを含むピストンと、
前記シリンダ内に収容される油圧作動油と、
シャフトを有する油圧モータと、
前記ピストンの第1の側の前記シリンダ内にある第1のチャンバと前記ピストンの第2の側の前記シリンダ内にある第2のチャンバとの間で、前記油圧モータを通る第1の流体流路であって、第1の動作条件の間、油圧作動油は、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間の前記第1の流体流路に沿って前記油圧モータを通って流れて前記油圧モータのシャフトを回転させる、第1の流体流路と、
前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間で、前記油圧モータを通らない第2の流体流路であって、第2の動作条件の間、油圧作動油は、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間の前記第2の流体流路に沿って前記油圧モータを通らずに流れる、第2の流体流路と、
前記ピストンの圧縮時に前記第2のチャンバに導入される前記ピストンシャフトの体積を吸収するように構成された容量性リザーバと、
前記油圧モータのシャフトに接続され、前記シャフトの回転時に電気を生成する発電機と、
前記発電機からの電流を変更し、前記緩衝装置の減衰特性を変更するコントローラと、を備える緩衝装置。 - 流れを制御するために前記第2の流体流路内に逆止弁を更に含む、請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- 可変減衰を実現するパワー・エレクトロニクス回路を更に含む、請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記パワー・エレクトロニクス回路は、時間平均抵抗帰還コントローラと、電圧制御出力コンバータと、を含む、請求項3に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記コントローラは、少なくとも開回路と電気的負荷との間で前記発電機に対する接続を選択的に切り替えることによって、前記発電機の巻線における電流を制御する、請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記コントローラは、パルス幅変調を使用して、前記開回路と前記電気的負荷との間で前記発電機に対する接続を選択的に切り替える、請求項5に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記発電機の減衰が、前記電気的負荷に対する電力出力と独立している、請求項5に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記電気的負荷と前記発電機との間の電気的接続は出力電力コンバータを備える、請求項5に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記電気的負荷は車両のバッテリを備える、請求項5に記載の緩衝装置。
- 油圧作動油は、前記油圧モータを通って一方向にのみ流れる、請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- 車輪と、当該車輪の上下運動を制御するサスペンションシステムと、を含む車両に用いられ、前記サスペンションシステムに接続される緩衝装置であって、
車輪の動きに応答してチャンバ内で往復運動するように配設されたピストンと、
前記ピストンの第1の側の前記チャンバの第1の部分から、前記ピストンの第2の側の前記チャンバの第2の部分への、シャフトを有する油圧モータを通る第1の流体流路であって、第1の動作条件の間、油圧作動油は、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間の前記第1の流体流路に沿って前記油圧モータを通って流れて前記油圧モータのシャフトを回転させる、第1の流体流路と、
前記ピストンの前記第1の側の前記チャンバの前記第1の部分から、前記ピストンの前記第2の側の前記チャンバの前記第2の部分への、前記油圧モータを通らない第2の流体流路であって、第2の動作条件の間、油圧作動油は、前記第1のチャンバと前記第2のチャンバとの間の前記第2の流体流路に沿って前記油圧モータを通らずに流れる、第2の流体流路と、
前記油圧モータのシャフトに接続された発電機であって、前記第1の流体流路内の油圧作動油が前記油圧モータを通ることによって前記油圧モータのシャフトが回転させられたときに電気を生成する発電機と、
前記発電機の電流を変更し、前記緩衝装置の減衰特性を変更するコントローラと、を備え、
前記発電機の逆起電力は、前記シャフトの運動と前記油圧モータを通る油圧作動油の流れとを規制して、前記車輪の動きの減衰を提供する、緩衝装置。 - 油圧作動油が前記第2の流体流路から前記油圧モータに流れ込むことを防止するための前記第2の流体流路内の一つ以上の逆止弁を更に備える、請求項11に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記発電機の出力を制御するパワー・エレクトロニクス回路を更に備える、請求項11に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記パワー・エレクトロニクス回路は、時間平均抵抗帰還コントローラと、電圧制御出力コンバータと、を含む、請求項13に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記コントローラは、少なくとも開回路と電気的負荷との間で前記発電機に対する接続を選択的に切り替えることによって、前記発電機の巻線における電流を制御する、請求項11に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記コントローラは、パルス幅変調を使用して、前記開回路と前記電気的負荷との間で前記発電機に対する接続を選択的に切り替える、請求項15に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記発電機の減衰が、前記電気的負荷に対する電力出力と独立している、請求項15に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記電気的負荷と前記発電機との間の電気的接続は出力電力コンバータを備える、請求項15に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記電気的負荷は車両のバッテリを備える、請求項15に記載の緩衝装置。
- 油圧作動油は、前記油圧モータを通って一方向にのみ流れる、請求項11に記載の緩衝装置。
