Claims (5)
- (旧請求項1+旧請求項2+旧請求項4)
オイルの供給状態を可変する可変機構を有するオイルポンプと、
前記オイルポンプからオイル供給される油圧アクチュエータと、
前記オイルポンプからオイル供給される潤滑装置と、
前記オイルポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記潤滑装置へのオイル供給状態を可変するオイル供給調整機構と、を備え、
単一の制御弁により、前記可変機構及び前記オイル供給調整機構へのオイル供給状態を制御し、
前記オイルポンプから前記油圧アクチュエータへオイル供給する第一油路と、
前記オイルポンプから前記潤滑装置へオイル供給する第二油路と、を備え、
前記第二油路は前記第一油路から分岐し、前記オイル供給調整機構は前記第二油路に介在され、
前記オイル供給調整機構は、前記第二油路と接続される油路制御部及び前記制御弁と接続される圧力室を有し、
前記油路制御部は、前記第二油路を構成する第三油路を介して前記潤滑装置に接続される車両用オイル供給装置。 - (旧請求項3)
請求項1において、
前記制御弁は、デューティ制御され、前記可変機構、前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記潤滑装置へのオイル供給状態を可変する車両用オイル供給装置。 - (旧請求項5)
請求項1において、
前記制御弁は、前記可変機構及び前記圧力室にオイル供給しない第1の位置と、前記可変機構又は前記圧力室にオイル供給する第2の位置と、前記可変機構及び前記圧力室にオイル供給する第3の位置とを有する車両用オイル供給装置。 - (旧請求項6)
請求項1又は請求項3において、
前記オイル供給調整機構は、前記圧力室にオイルが供給されると前記潤滑装置へのオイルの供給を制限する車両用オイル供給装置。 - (旧請求項7)
請求項1〜請求項4の何れか一項において、
前記オイルポンプは、前記可変機構にオイルが供給されると前記油圧アクチュエータ及び前記潤滑装置へのオイルの供給を制限する車両用オイル供給装置。
