Claims (46)
- ビッカース硬度が300HV 0.025 以下である支持材(12)と、少なくとも前記支持材よりも硬い装飾層(14)とを有する物品(10)であって、
DLCを少なくとも主成分として含む中間層(24)が、支持材(12)と装飾層(14)との間に設けられている、ことを特徴とする物品。 - 支持材(12)と装飾層(14)との間に接着層(18)または接着層システム(16)が設けられており、中間層(24)が接着層(18)ないし接着層システム(16)と装飾層(14)との間に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の物品。
- 支持材が金属または金属合金から構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の物品。
- 支持材が、アルミニウム、真鍮、マグネシウムおよびステンレススチールからなる群から選択されたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 支持材が、16から18質量%のCrと8から12質量%のNiとを含むステンレススチールである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 支持材が少なくとも1つのプラスチックで構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の物品。

- 前記CrN層がCrの割合が低減し且つNの割合が増大する傾斜CrN層の形態であり、この接着層はWCの割合がCrN層から離れる方向において増大する態様でWC層に漸次結合され、およびこのWC層の次にはW−C:H層が設けられており、この上にDLCを主成分とする中間層が接着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の物品。

- 接着層が金属層から構成されており、この接着層は金属の割合が低減し且つWCの割合が増大する態様でWC層と結合され、このWC層の次にはW−C:H層が設けられ、この上にDLCを主成分とする中間層が接着されており、および
金属層の金属が、Cr、Ti、Al、Zr、Vあるいはこれらの混合物の群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の物品。 - 接着層が有機シリコン層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 前記有機シリコン層がプラスチックまたは金属の支持材上にPACVDプロセスによって着けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の物品。
- 接着層が、プラスチックまたは金属の支持材上にガルバニックプロセスによって着けられたCuNi層配列である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 装飾層がTiの黒層にPVDおよび/またはCVDにより設けられたTiCrCNコーティングを備えたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた、真鍮、金、ニッケルまたは青銅の色の、ZrCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 装飾層が、金、ステンレススチール、青銅または銅の色の、TiCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた、ステンレススチールの色の、CrCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた、無煙炭の色の、ZrCrCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた多色を有する、酸化物層または酸窒化物層である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から15のいずれかに記載の物品。
- 酸化物層または酸窒化物層が、Ti、Crまたはこれら金属の組み合わせの群の金属の酸化物または酸窒化物である、ことを特徴とする請求項21記載の物品。
- ビッカース硬度が300HV 0.025 以下である支持材と、少なくとも前記支持材よりも硬い装飾層と含む物品の製造のための方法であって、
前記支持材と前記装飾層との間に、DLCを少なくとも主成分として含む中間層が設けられている、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 支持材と装飾層との間に接着層または接着層システムが設けられており、中間層が接着層ないし接着層システムと装飾層との間に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項23記載の方法。
- 支持材として、金属または金属合金からなる支持材料が選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項23または24記載の方法。
- 支持材としてステンレススチールが選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項23から25のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ステンレススチールが、16から18質量%のCrと8から12質量%のNiとを含むステンレススチールである、ことを特徴とする請求項26記載の方法。
- 支持材として、少なくとも1つのプラスチックで構成される支持材料が選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項23または24記載の方法。
- プラスチックが、ABS、ポリカーボネート、PMMA、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、または合成樹脂、またはこれらプラスチックの混合物、前記プラスチックの1つ以上に繊維強化材を加えたものからなる群から選択されたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項28記載の方法。
- 接着層がCr層から構成されており、この接着層はCrの割合が低減し且つWCの割合が増大する態様でWC層に結合され、このWC層の次にはW−C:H層が設けられており、この上にDLCを主成分とする中間層が接着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項23から29のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 接着層がCrN層から構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項23から28のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記CrN層がCrの割合が低減し且つNの割合が増大する傾斜CrN層の形態であり、この接着層はWCの割合がCrN層から離れる方向において増大する態様でWC層に漸次結合され、およびこのWC層の次にはW−C:H層が設けられており、この上にDLCを主成分とする中間層が接着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項31記載の方法。
- 接着層がTi層から構成されており、この接着層はTiの割合が低減し且つWCの割合が増大する態様でWC層に結合され、このWC層の次にはW−C:H層が設けられ、この上にDLCを主成分とする中間層が接着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項23から28のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 接着層が金属層から構成されており、この接着層は金属の割合が低減し且つWCの割合が増大する態様でWC層と結合され、このWC層の次にはW−C:H層が設けられ、この上にDLCを主成分とする中間層が接着されており、および
金属層の金属が、Cr、Ti、Al、Zr、Vあるいはこれらの混合物の群から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項23から28のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 接着層が有機シリコン層である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から28のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記有機シリコン層がプラスチックまたは金属の支持材上にPACVDプロセスによって着けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項35記載の方法。
- 接着層が、プラスチックまたは金属の支持材上にガルバニックプロセスによって着けられたCuNi層配列である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から28のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾層がTiの黒層にPVDおよび/またはCVDにより設けられたTiCrCNコーティングを備えたものである、ことを特徴とする請求項23から37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた、真鍮、金、ニッケルまたは青銅の色の、ZrCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾層が、金、ステンレススチール、青銅または銅の色の、TiCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた、ステンレススチールの色の、CrCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた、無煙炭の色の、ZrCrCN層である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 装飾層が、PVDにより着けられた多色を有する、酸化物層または酸窒化物層である、ことを特徴とする請求項23から37のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 酸化物層または酸窒化物層が、Ti、Crまたはこれら金属の組み合わせの群の金属の酸化物または酸窒化物である、ことを特徴とする請求項43記載の方法。
- いずれかの接着層またはいずれかの接着層システムおよび/または装飾層の成分を着けるための少なくとも1つのスパッタのターゲットと、DLCを主成分ないし唯一の成分とする中間層を設けるためのPACVDと、いずれかの接着層あるいはいずれかの接着層システムおよび/または装飾層の成分を設けるための少なくとも1つのアーク源とを有するプラントにおいて実施される、ことを特徴とする請求項23から44のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項23から44のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するためのプラントであって、
少なくとも1つのスパッタターゲットを備えた少なくとも1つのマグネトロンススパッタシステムの真空チャンバに、PACVDシステムと、少なくとも1つのアーク源を有するアーク蒸発システムとを組み合わせてなる、プラント。
