Description
図1は、本発明の端子板回路の一実施態様の斜視図を示し、図2は、その側面図を示す。図1から明らかなように、端子板回路1は、端子板2、平角線3、及び押付け部材4を含み、端子板2には、平角線3が貫通しかつ横方向に大きく移動できない程度の穴が設けられている。平角線3はこの端子板2の穴に挿入されて端子板2との電気的接続状態を作るが、この状態を確実に保持するために押付け部材4の一部が端子板2と接触する平角線3の面の部分とは反対の側の面の部分へ押付けるようになっている。
図3は、本発明の端子板回路の第二実施態様の斜視図を示し、図4は、その側面図を示す。上記の第一実施態様では、平角線3が端子板2の穴に上から挿入され、押付け部材4によって上から平角線2に押付けられる例を示したが、この第二実施態様では、平角線3が端子板2の穴に下から挿入され、押付け部材4によって上から平角線が押付けられる例を示す。第二実施態様は、上記の点以外は、第一実施態様と基本的に同じである。
図5は、本発明の端子板回路の第三実施態様の斜視図を示す。また、図6は、本発明の端子板回路の第三実施態様の各構成部品の接触状態を示す破断斜視図であり、図7はその側面図を示す。
Claims (4)
- 端子板、平角線、及び押付け部材を含む端子板回路であって、端子板に平角線が貫通する穴を設け、この穴に平角線が挿入されて端子板と平角線が少なくともこの穴において電気的に接触し、端子板と接触する平角線の面の部分とは反対の側の面の部分への押付け部材の押付け力によって接触状態を保持していること、及び押付け部材が端子板の端部を挟持できる挟持部分を有し、この挟持部分で端子板の端部を挟持することにより押付け部材の平角線への押付け力が生じていることを特徴とする端子板回路。
- 端子板と平角線が端子板の穴の外側の平面部においても電気的に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の端子板回路。
- 端子板と平角線が電気的に接触した部分を覆うように半田付け又は溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の端子板回路。
- 太陽電池パネル用端子箱内で使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の端子板回路。
