Abstract
【解決手段】カードエッジコネクタ31のレセプタクル10への挿抜方向をカードエッジコネクタ及びレセプタクルへ接続されたケーブルの引き出し方向に対して略直交させ、カードエッジコネクタに挿抜方向に略平行な第1の端面36bと、レセプタクルに挿抜方向に略平行な第1の壁面24aとを設け、カードエッジコネクタとレセプタクルとが結合した状態において、ケーブルの引き出し方向の引っ張り力を、第1の端面と第1の壁面とを当接させて受け得るように構成した。

Claims (10)
- カードエッジコネクタと、
該カードエッジコネクタから引き出される第1のケーブルと、
前記カードエッジコネクタに設けられ、前記第1のケーブルと接続される第1の端子と、
前記カードエッジコネクタが挿抜されるレセプタクルと、
該レセプタクルから引き出される第2のケーブルと、
前記レセプタクルに設けられ、前記第2のケーブルと接続される第2の端子と、
前記カードエッジコネクタを前記レセプタクルに挿入したときに前記第1の端子と前記第2の端子とが電気的に接続されるように構成されたコネクタであって、
前記カードエッジコネクタの挿抜方向を前記第1のケーブル及び/または前記第2のケーブルの引き出し方向に対して略直交させ、
前記カードエッジコネクタに前記挿抜方向に略平行な第1の端面と、前記レセプタクルに前記挿抜方向に略平行な第1の壁面とを設け、
前記カードエッジコネクタと前記レセプタクルとが結合した状態において、前記第1のケーブル及び/または前記第2のケーブルの引き出し方向の引っ張り力を、前記第1の端面と前記第1の壁面とを当接させて受け得るように構成したことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記カードエッジコネクタに前記挿抜方向に略平行な第2の端面と、前記レセプタクルに前記挿抜方向に略平行な第2の壁面とを設け、前記カードエッジコネクタと前記レセプタクルとが結合した状態において、前記第1のケーブル及び/または前記第2のケーブルの反引き出し方向の押し込み力を前記第2の端面と前記第2の壁面とを当接させて受け得るように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記カードエッジコネクタに前記挿抜方向に略直交する第3の端面と、前記レセプタクルに前記挿抜方向に略直交する第3の壁面とを備え、前記カードエッジコネクタと前記レセプタクルとが結合した状態において、前記第3の端面と前記第3の壁面とが当接し得るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記カードエッジコネクタに前記挿抜方向に略平行な第4の端面と、前記レセプタクルに前記挿抜方向に略平行な第4の壁面とを備え、前記カードエッジコネクタと前記レセプタクルとが結合した状態において、前記ケーブルの反引き出し方向の押し込み力を前記第4の端面と前記第4の壁面とを当接させて受け得るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第2の端面と前記第2の壁面とに、前記カードエッジコネクタと前記レセプタクルとが結合した状態において嵌り合う凹凸部が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1の端子には、現用端子と拡張用端子とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1のケーブルは、フレキシブルプリント基板の配線パターンにより形成されてセンサと接続されており、
前記第1の端子は、前記カードエッジコネクタの挿抜方向の挿入側先端部に前記フレキシブルプリント基板の配線パターンをむき出しにして形成されており、
前記カードエッジコネクタは、前記フレキシブルプリント基板に補強板を重ねて接着形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。 - 前記第2のケーブル(または前記第1のケーブル)の引き出し部を通り、前記挿抜方向に直交する直線に対して、前記第1のケーブル(または前記第2のケーブル)の引き出し部が前記カードエッジコネクタ(または前記レセプタクル)の挿入方向側に位置するように設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のコネクタ。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のコネクタに使用するカードエッジコネクタ。
- 請求項9に記載のカードエッジコネクタを使用したことを特徴とするセンサ。
