Abstract
鋳型板或いは鋳型管のかなりの応力のない移動/変形が支持構造に対して横方向に可能とされるように金属を連続鋳造する液体冷却鋳型を改良すること。
【解決手段】
銅或いは銅合金製の鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管を包含して金属を連続鋳造する液体冷却鋳型は、固定ボルト(6)によって支持構造(2)と結合されている。鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管と支持構造(2)は締め付けなしに共に結合されており、支持構造(2)と鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管の間に作業隙間(18)が存在する。

Claims (10)
- 固定ボルト(6、19)によって支持構造(2)と結合されている銅或いは銅合金製の鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管を包含して金属を連続鋳造する液体冷却鋳型において、鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管と支持構造(2)は締め付けなしに固定ボルト(6,19)によって共に結合されており、支持構造(2)と鋳型板(1)或いは管の間に作業隙間(18)が存在することを特徴とする液体冷却鋳型。
- 作業隙間(18)が鋳型板(1)の互いに向かい合った表面(16,17)或いは鋳型管と支持構造(2)の間に存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳型。
- 作業隙間(18)の幅(B)が0,2mmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳型。
- 固定ボルト(6,19)は鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管において定義されたねじ込み深さまでねじ込まれるねじボルトであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の鋳型。
- ねじ込み深さはねじボルト(6)のボルト頭部(9)と鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管の間に緊張されている締付けスリーブ(12)によって制限されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の鋳型。
- ねじボルト(6)は鋳型板(1)或いは鋳型管におけるねじ挿入体(7)にねじ込まれており、この場合に締付けスリーブ(12)はねじ挿入体(7)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の鋳型。
- 固定ボルトはナットにより保護されていて鋳型板或いは鋳型管と結合されたねじボルトであり、この場合にナットは鋳型板/鋳型管に対して定義された間隔までねじボルト上にねじ込みできることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の鋳型。
- 間隔は鋳型板/鋳型管とナットの間に緊張された締付けスリーブによって定義されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の鋳型。
- 間隔はねじボルトにおける制限部によって定義されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の鋳型。
- 締付けスリーブ(12)とナット或いはボルト頭部(9)の間にばね要素(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の鋳型。
