Claims (5)

1. Uređaj za proizvodnju uljne terenske cijevi, povećane snage i poboljšane žilavosti radnog materijala, sa duljinom većom od 7m, posebno do 200m, vanjskim promjerom većim od 20mm ali manjim od 200 mm, i debljinom stijenke većom od 2.0mm ali manjom od 25.0mm, te sa ujednačenom miktostrukturom preko cijele duljine i poprečnih presjeka cijevi, sa udjelima pripadajućiih legura i popratnih elemenata u tež. % od: ugljik (C) 0.03 do 0.5 silicij (Si) 0.15 do 0.65 mangan (Mn) 0.5 do 2.0 fosfor (P) maks. 0.03 sumpor (S) maks. 0.03 krom (Cr) maks. 1.5 nikal (Ni) maks. 1.0 bakar (Cu) maks. 0.3 aluminij (Al) 0.01 do 0.09 titan (Ti) maks. 0.05 molibden (Mo) maks. 0.8 vanadij (V) 0.02 do 0.2 kositar (Sn) maks. 0.08 dušik (N) maks. 0.04 nijobijum (Nb) maks. 0.08 kalcij (Ca) maks 0.005 željezo (Fe) ostatak a izrađene pomoću valjaka-reduktora istezanja i izimjeničnog medija brzog ohlađivanja, koji slijedi neposredno nakon zadnjeg stadija valjanja a koji je u obliku zone hlađenja a koji sadrži pluralitet prstena za rapršivanje medija za hlađenje raspoređenih koncentrično oko valjanog materijala, sa prstenima za rapršivanje koji mogu biti različito raspoređeni uzdužnom duljinom medija za hlađenje, naznačeno time da svaki prsten za rapršivanje ima bar tri rasprskivača usmjerenih prema osi, naznačeno time da svaki od tih prstena za rapršivanje, ili grupa istih, može biti snabdjevena medijem za hlađenje putem kontrole protoka hlađenja.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da su položaj i temperatura senzora za cijev složeni za izmjenu i kontrolu nad strujom hlađenja u zoni protoka hlađenja.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeno time da rasprskivači prstena za raspršivanje tvore struju za hlađenje piramidalnog oblika koja se širi u smjeri raspršivanja.
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačeno time da rasprskivači prstena za raspršivanje stvaraju struju medija za hlađenje pravokutnog oblika koji se širi u smjeru raspršivanja, naznačeno time da je dulja os pravokutnika usmjerena koso na os cijevi.
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 do 4, naznačeno time da struja medija za hlađenje u zoni protoka hlađenja može biti uključen ovisno o položaju krajeva cijevi.
