Abstract

Se provee un tubo de acero sin costura que es utilizado en aplicaciones de tubería de conducción, con la tubería de conducción utilizada en ambientes agrios, y no es sometido a tratamiento de templado y revenido, y en la cual se puede suprimir la aparición de ampollas. El tubo de acero sin costura de acuerdo con esta forma de realización posee una composición química que consiste, en % de masa de, C: 0.08 a 0.24%, Si: 0.10 a 0.50%, Mn: 0.3 a 2.5%, P: 0.02% o menos, S: 0.006% o menos, Nb: 0.02 a 0.12%, Al: 0.005 a 0.100%, Ca: 0.0003 a 0.0050%, N: 0.0100% o menos, O: 0.0050% o menos, Ti: 0 a 0.1%, V: 0 a 0.03%, Cr: 0 a 0.6%, Mo: 0 a 0.3%, Ni: 0 a 0.4%, Cu: 0 a 0.3%, y B: 0 a 0.005%, balanceado con Fe e impurezas, que posee una estructura que consiste de ferrita y perlita, y también posee un límite elástico de 350 hasta menos de 450 MPa.
