Claims (11)

  1. Ferrure à crémone pour une fenêtre, une porte ou une structure similaire, comprenant une tringle (4) et un entraînement de ladite tringle, au moyen duquel des mouvements peuvent être imprimés à ladite tringle (4) dans une direction de coulissement (V),
    - l'entraînement de la tringle renfermant un organe d'entraînement (11, 40) qui prend appui contre ladite tringle (4) dans la direction de coulissement (V), du fait que ladite tringle (4) présente un orifice (8) sur le bord duquel ledit organe d'entraînement (11, 40) est en appui dans la direction de coulissement (V) de ladite tringle (4), et
    - ledit organe d'entraînement (11, 40) pouvant à son tour être entrainé, dans ladite direction de coulissement (V) de ladite tringle (4), au moyen d'une transmission (9) pouvant être disposée dans un logement (10) du battant ou du dormant, dévolu à ladite transmission,
    caractérisée par le fait que
    l'organe d'entraînement (11, 40) est intégralement logé dans l'orifice (8) de la tringle (4) en permettant ainsi, au stade du montage, d'introduire ledit organe d'entraînement (11, 40) dans ledit orifice (8) de la tringle (4) à partir de la face inférieure de ladite tringle (4), ou à partir de la face supérieure de ladite tringle (4).
  2. Fenêtre, porte ou structure similaire dotée d'un battant et d'un dormant, ainsi que d'une ferrure à crémone (1) conforme à la revendication 1, la tringle (4) étant guidée à coulissement longitudinal sur ledit battant ou sur ledit dormant, et pouvant être mue dans la direction de coulissement (V) au moyen de l'entraînement de ladite tringle,
    - ledit organe d'entraînement (11, 40) pouvant à son tour être entrainé, dans ladite direction de coulissement (V) de ladite tringle (4), au moyen d'une transmission (9) disposée dans un logement (10) du battant ou du dormant, dévolu à ladite transmission.
  3. Fenêtre selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que l'orifice (8) est dimensionné de telle sorte que la transmission (9) puisse être emboîtée, à travers ledit orifice (8), dans le logement (10) dévolu à ladite transmission.
  4. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que la tringle (4) est logée à coulissement dans une rainure (3), en particulier une rainure en C du battant ou du dormant, notamment d'un profil de battant (2) ou d'un profil d'encadrement, la largeur de l'organe d'entraînement (11, 40) étant inférieure ou égale à la largeur de l'ouverture (37) de ladite rainure.
  5. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que la transmission (9) est logée dans un boîtier de transmission, pourvu d'oreilles d'appui (26, 27) présentant des évidements de fixation (28, 29) destinés à des moyens de fixation (13) par l'intermédiaire desquels ledit boîtier de la transmission peut être fixé au battant, ou au dormant.
  6. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que le boîtier de la transmission et l'organe d'entraînement (11, 40) forment une unité structurelle.
  7. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que le boîtier de la transmission renferme deux moitiés (20, 21) pouvant être reliées l'une à l'autre, notamment par vissage, lesdites moitiés (20, 21) du boîtier donnant naissance à un guide affecté à l'organe d'entraînement (11, 40).
  8. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe d'entraînement (11) offre, de part et d'autre, une rainure (30) dans laquelle pénètre, à chaque fois, au moins une protubérance (31) des moitiés (20, 21) du boîtier.
  9. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que le boîtier de la transmission présente des orifices latéraux (17), en particulier des alésages à filetage intérieur, en vue de recevoir des vis de fixation dédiées à la rosette d'une poignée d'actionnement manuel.
  10. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe d'entraînement (11, 40) est muni de zones évidées (12), notamment de trous traversants en recouvrement coïncident, dans une position de montage dudit organe d'entraînement (11, 40), avec les évidements de fixation (28, 29) des oreilles d'appui (26, 27).
  11. Fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'un élément d'accouplement (24), coopérant avec l'organe d'entraînement (11, 40), est logé à rotation dans le boîtier de la transmission.
