Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé pour le montage dissimulé dans l'espace de feuillure (31) d'un châssis de battant (20) de fenêtres ou de portes, réalisé et convenant pour déplacer une tringle (30) coulissant en direction longitudinale dans une rainure de ferrure (23) du châssis de battant (20)
    - dispositif de manoeuvre coudé
    - qui est apte à être monté dans l'espace de feuillure (31) du battant à l'extérieur de la rainure de ferrure (23);
    - qui présente un boîtier (2) pouvant être monté en position fixe sur une partie profilée (21) du châssis de battant (20), avec un pignon de commande (5) logé dans ce boîtier;
    - et qui présente un élément glissant (3) qui se trouve en liaison d'entraînement avec le pignon de commande (5);
    - dans lequel l'élément glissant (3) est angulairement saillant sur le boîtier (2) en vue d'un guidage glissant le long de la rainure de ferrure (23) jusqu'à un couplage avec la tringle (30) et pour l'exécution de mouvements de glissement synchrones;
    - dans lequel le dispositif de manoeuvre coudé, considéré dans la direction de déplacement de l'élément glissant (3), est une unité modulaire orthogonale, dans laquelle le boîtier (2) comme première aile de boîtier s'étend à partir de l'élément glissant (3) comme deuxième aile de boîtier en direction de ou parallèlement à un élément de couplage (12) en vue d'un couplage en mouvement de l'élément glissant (3) et de la tringle (30), et l'élément glissant (3) s'étend parallèlement à un axe (6) du pignon de commande (5) et est disposé de façon mobile sur la première aile de boîtier perpendiculairement à cet axe, dans lequel l'élément de couplage (12) est adapté à l'élément glissant (3) pour la liaison avec la tringle (30).
  2. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la rotation du pignon (5), l'élément glissant (3) et la tringle (30) se déplacent de façon synchrone.
  3. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de manoeuvre se présente sous la forme d'une unité modulaire orthogonale, dans laquelle une première aile forme en l'occurrence la partie de boîtier à monter en position fixe sur le montant du châssis et qui contient le pignon de commande (5), tandis que l'autre aile est formée par l'élément glissant (3) mobile en même temps que la tringle (30) par rapport à la partie de boîtier et qui est en prise d'entraînement avec la tringle au moyen d'un élément de couplage correspondant (12), lorsqu'il est monté sur le châssis de battant.
  4. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de couplage (12) est un tourillon d'entraînement, qui est déplaçable dans l'élément glissant (3) sans jeu dans la direction du mouvement de déplacement de l'élément glissant mais au contraire de façon limitée dans la direction de l'axe (6) du pignon (5) ou qui est logé de façon auto-réglable dans l'élément glissant (3).
  5. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément glissant (3) présente une rainure (9) s'étendant dans la direction de son mouvement de déplacement et le long du fond de la rainure une ligne de dents (15), dans laquelle le pignon (5) engrène, et présente à distance de la rainure (9) un évidement (17) allongé (17a) en direction de la rainure destiné à recevoir un pied élargi (12a) du tourillon d'entraînement (12), qui traverse une fenêtre allongée correspondante (11c) d'un couvercle (11) recouvrant l'évidement (17) et une large part (16) de la rainure (9) et qui peut être fixé sur l'élément glissant (3).
  6. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) présente un rebord coudé (14) de largeur plus faible que la rainure (9), qui pénètre environ jusqu'au fond de la rainure à côté de la ligne de dents (15), dans lequel son extrémité libre (14b) est retenue par le bord de couvercle (11a) pour un guidage longitudinal.
  7. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier (2) est tellement plat que, dans l'état monté du dispositif de manoeuvre (1), il puisse pénétrer à travers une fraisure (24) du profilé de châssis (20) dans la région située entre la face intérieure (21b) de la paroi de profilé (21) formant le recouvrement de battant et la rainure de ferrure (23).
  8. Dispositif de manoeuvre coudé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la fraisure ne touche pas la rainure de ferrure (23) elle-même, et le boîtier peut être fixé en applique sur la face intérieure (21b).
