Abstract
Αντίσωμα ικανό να δεσμεύεται ειδικά στον ανθρώπινο υποδοχέα c-Met ή/και ικανό να αναστέλλει ειδικά τη δράση τυροσινικής κινάσης του εν λόγω υποδοχέα, με βελτιωμένη ανταγωνιστική δράση, όπου το εν λόγω αντίσωμα περιλαμβάνει τροποποιημένη περιοχή αρμού. Σύνθεση που περιλαμβάνει τέτοιο αντίσωμα ανταγωνιστή του c-Met και η χρήση της ως φαρμακευτικού σκευάσματος για την αντιμετώπιση του καρκίνου.
