优选地,可以保护该纤维,并用具有适当间隔的垂直和水平元件的组件支撑筛网限制纤维移动,以提供通过该纤维的自由的流体和气体流动,并限制纤维的运动幅度,降低该纤维的封装头处的能量集中。
优选,可以将该组件封装在基本为固体(solid)的或不透液(liquid)/气(gas)的管中,并与该脉冲气提泵装置连接,以将该两相气/液流保留在该组件中。
优选,所述开口包括一个或多个狭缝或一行孔。优选地,该纤维束位于该多个狭槽或孔行之间的封装头中。
可以将所用的液体供给给该膜组件。
优选,该无规产生的脉冲的脉冲频率在通常为0.1~200秒的范围内变化。需要理解,该脉冲频率与该装置的结构相关,使用特定的结构,该脉冲频率优选在约10~约300%范围内变化。
优选地,该脉冲气提泵装置可以任选地是与流体分布器流体连通而连接的,从而将该脉冲的气泡基本均匀分布到该过滤组件中。
优选地,该组件内的纤维具有约5~约80%,更优选地约8~约55%的填充密度(如上所限定)。
优选,所述孔具有在约1~40mm范围内,更优选地在约1.5~约25mm范围内的直径。在狭缝或一行孔的情况下,选择该开孔面积与上述孔等效。
典型地,该纤维内径在约0.1mm~约5mm范围内,优选在约0.25mm~约2mm范围内。该纤维的壁厚取决于所用的材料和与过滤效率相对所需的强度。典型地,壁厚为0.05~2mm,更通常为0.1mm~1mm。
根据另一方面,本发明提供一种膜生物反应器,其包括具有用于将给料引入其中的装置、用于在所述罐内形成活性污泥的装置的罐,位于所述罐内以浸渍在所述污泥中的根据第三方面的膜组件,所述膜组件具有用于将滤液从所述膜的至少一端移除的装置。
根据另一方面,本发明提供一种上面方面中所述类型的膜生物反应器的操作方法,其包括:将给料引入所述罐;对所述纤维施加真空以从其中去除滤液,同时通过所述组件内的充气开孔提供所述脉冲气流,以使得在使用中所述气流运动通过所述膜纤维的表面以从中去除污垢材料。
如果需要,可以在该罐内提供进一步的充气源以促进微生物活性。优选,该膜组件垂直悬浮在该罐内,且所述进一步的充气源可以提供在该悬浮的组件之下。优选地,该进一步的充气源包括一组透气管。可以根据通量和给料条件决定使用或不使用反洗操作该膜组件。在该生物反应器中高度混合的悬浮固体液体(5000~20000ppm)已被证明能显著降低滞留时间和改善滤液质量。在降解有机物质和膜清洗中结合使用充气已被证明能在不显著提高跨膜压力的情况下产生恒定的滤液流,同时建立高浓度的MLSS。
根据另一方面,本发明提供一种水处理***,其包括罐、与该罐流体连接的液体腔、与该液体腔流体连接的气体腔、和与该气体腔流体连接的膜组件。
优选地,该水处理***包括具有与该液体腔连接的抽吸侧和与该气体腔连接的排放侧的气体转移***。优选,气体源流体连接该液体腔。优选地,该***包括包含该膜组件的膜组件容器,该膜组件容器与该罐液压连接。
根据另一方面,本发明提供水处理***,其包括与水源流体连接的液体储蓄处、包含第一隔室和第二隔室的气/液腔、和与该第二容器液压连接的分离容器;其中该第一隔室与该液体储蓄处流体连接。
优选,该***包括与该膜组件液压隔离的腔室和与该腔室连接的气体源。
优选地,该膜组件浸没在膜罐内容纳的含有固体的液体给料中,该膜罐与流体连接该腔室的该充气区域液压连接。
根据另一方面,本发明提供一种冲刷膜组件的方法,其包括:提供具有第一隔室和第二隔室的室;在该第一隔室和该膜组件之间建立液压密封;用液体给料至少部分填充该第一隔室和将气体引入该室中。
优选地,该方法包括破坏该液压密封,其中对该液压密封的破坏将把该室内包含的至少一部分气体释放到该膜组件,然后在该第一隔室和该膜组件之间再次建立该液压密封。

优选实施方案的描述
参照附图,图1~3显示了根据本发明的一个实施方案的膜组件配置。
该膜组件5包括多个安装在下封装头7中并由其延伸的可渗透的中空纤维膜束6。在该实施方案中,将该膜束分隔开以在该膜束6之间提供空间8。可以理解,可以在该组件5内采取任何期望的的膜设置。在该下封装头7中提供有多个开口9以允许流体通过其从位于该下封装头7之下的分布腔10流入。
脉冲气提泵装置11提供在该分布腔10之下并与其流体连通。该脉冲气提泵装置11包括在其下端13敞开并具有与其上端相邻的气体入口14的倒置气体收集腔12。中心提升管15延伸通过该气体收集腔12并与分布腔10的底部流体连接且在其下端16敞开。该提升管15在沿其长度的中途具有一个或多个开口17。管状槽18在低于开口17的位置从提升管15在周围和向上延伸。
在使用中,该组件5浸没在液体给料19中,将加压气体源基本连续地施加到气体入口14。该气体逐渐替代该倒置气体收集腔12内的液体给料19,直至其达到开口17的水平面。此时,如图2中所示,该气体冲破该开口17上的液体密封,涌过该开口17并向上通过该中心提升管15,产生气泡和给料液体的脉冲,该脉冲流动通过分布腔10并进入该膜组件5的底部。该气体的快速涌出还将液体抽吸通过该提升管15的底部开口16,产生高速的两相气/液流。然后该两相气/液流流动通过该开口9以冲刷该膜6的表面。该槽18防止了该开口17的即刻再次密封并使得该气/液混合物在最初脉冲之后短时间内连续流动。
该气体的最初涌动提供了液体转移的两个阶段:喷射和抽吸。当该气泡弹(slug)最初释放到提升管15中时发生该喷射阶段,产生强浮力将气体和液体快速喷射通过该提升管15并接着通过该膜组件5以对该膜表面产生有效的清洗作用。该喷射阶段之后是抽吸或虹吸阶段,其中气体快速流出该提升管15由于密度差而产生临时的压力降,导致液体被抽吸通过该提升管15的底部16。由此,在该最初的快速两相气/液流之后是降低的液体流速,其也能通过开口17吸入另外的气体。
然后用给料液体再次填充该气体收集腔12,如图3中所示,该过程再次开始,产生对该组件5内的膜6的两相气/液清洗的另一个脉冲。由于该过程的相对无控制性,该脉冲的频率和持续时间通常是无规的。
图4显示了图1~3的实施方案的另一种变型。在该实施方案中,提供了混合设置,其中除该脉冲两相气/液流之外,还在开口20处向该提升管15的上部或下部提供了稳态气体供给,以产生由间歇脉冲两相气/液流补充的通过该组件5的恒定气/液流。
图5显示了关于图1~3的实施方案所述类型的组件35和泵装置11的阵列。该组件5位于给料罐36中。在操作中,由各泵装置11产生的气泡脉冲对各组件5无规发生,导致在该给料罐36内脉冲气泡产生的总体无规分布。这在该给料罐36内产生恒定但无规或混乱变化的液体给料搅动。
图6显示了本发明应用于使用膜生物反应器的水处理***中的一种设置。在该实施方案中,在生物反应器罐21和膜罐22之间提供该脉冲两相气液流。所述罐通过倒置气体收集腔23结合在一起,其中该倒置气体收集腔23具有一个位于该生物反应罐21内的垂直延伸壁24和位于该膜罐22内的另一垂直延伸壁。壁24在该生物反应罐21内延伸到比膜罐22内的壁25更低的深度。该气体收集罐23被该生物反应罐21和膜罐22之间的连接壁26分隔开,限定出两个隔室27和28。将气体(典型地为空气)通过开口29提供到该气体收集腔23。膜过滤组件或装置30位于膜罐22内垂直壁25的下端之上。
在使用中,将气体在压力下通过开口29提供给该气体收集腔23,导致腔室23内的水的水平降低直至其到达壁25的下端31。在该阶段,气体从隔室27中通过该壁25快速逃逸并作为气泡向上通过该膜罐22,产生通过该膜组件30的两相气/液流。该气体的涌出还导致气体收集腔23的隔室28内的气体的快速减少,使得另外的水被从该生物反应罐21虹吸并进入该膜罐22中。可以用与气体源(未示出)连接的阀门(未示出)控制通过开口29的气流。可以用控制器装置(未示出)操作该阀门。
可以理解,上述实施方案中所述的脉冲流产生清洗装置可以使用各种已知膜构造,且并不限于所示的特定设置。该装置可以与膜组件或组件的组合直接连接。将气体(典型地为空气)连续供给该装置,产生用于膜清洗和表面更新的脉冲两相气/液流。该脉冲流是通过该装置使用连续气体供给产生的,然而,可以理解,在使用非连续气体供给时也可以产生脉冲流,但具有不同的脉冲形式。
在一些应用中,已经发现脉冲气提泵装置11内的液体的水平在水平A和B之间变化,如图7A和7B中所示。在该气提泵装置11内的顶端,通常留有由于形成气窝而导致液相不能到达的空间37。当这种泵装置11在高固态环境中(例如在膜生物反应器中)操作时,浮渣和/或脱水污泥39可能会逐渐累积在位于该泵装置11顶端处的空间37中,这最终可能导致气体流动通道40的堵塞,导致降低的脉冲作用或毫无脉冲作用。图8显示了这种情景。
已经确认了几种用于克服该作用的方法。一种方法是将该注气点38定位于低于在操作过程中达到的上液面以下的位置,图7A和7B中的水平面A。当该液体的水平到达注气点38或以上时,该气体产生驱散在该泵装置11的顶端附近可能累积的浮渣或污泥的液体喷射41。图9示意性地显示了这种作用。该喷射41的强度与注气点38和气体流速有关。该方法可以防止污泥在该泵装置11内的任何长期累积。
另一种方法是周期性排放该泵装置11内的气体以使在操作过程中该液体的水平到达泵装置11内的顶端空间37。在这种情况下,该气体的注入必须位于或接近该泵装置11内的最高点,使得可以排放整个或几乎整个该气窝37。图7A和7B中所示的气体连接点38是一个例子。根据污泥质量,可以在不同频率下周期性地进行该排气以防止在该泵装置内产生任何长期干燥的环境。
在泵装置11的操作中,还应指出,图7A和7B中的液体的水平A可以根据气体流速而改变。气体流速越高,在该泵装置11内的气窝形成也越少。由此,另一种可以使用的方法是在操作过程中将高得多的空气流周期性注入到该泵装置11内以驱散脱水污泥。根据该装置的设计,该作用所需的气体流速比通常操作的气体流速通常高约30%或更高。在一些装置操作中这可以通过将气体从其他膜罐转移到选定的罐中以临时产生短时间的流速高得多的气流以驱散脱水污泥来实现。或者,可以周期性地使用备用鼓风机(未示出)来短时间地供给更多的气流。
上述方法可以单独或以组合方式使用,以实现长期稳定的操作和消除该泵装置11内的任何浮渣/污泥累积。
实施例
一种典型的膜组件是由中空纤维膜组成的,具有1.6m的总长度和38m2的膜表面积。脉冲流产生装置与该典型的膜组件连接。在提升管的下端处设置桨轮流量计,以监控气体提升的脉冲液体流速。图10显示了在7.8Nm3/hr的恒定气体供给流速下该脉冲液体流速的快照。该快照显示了进入该组件的液体流具有在高点和低点之间的无规或混乱型式。从低到高液体流速的频率在约1~4.5秒范围内。未测定释放到该组件的实际气体流速,因为其与液体混合,但预期其流动型式与该液流类似,以混乱形式在高点和低点之间变化。
在膜生物反应器中进行了通过脉冲和普通气提装置实现的膜清洗效果的比较。该膜过滤循环是12分钟过滤接1分钟释放。在每个空气流速下,测试两个重复循环。两组测试之间的唯一区别是与该组件连接的装置——普通气提装置与脉冲气提装置的对比。根据在过滤过程中的渗透率降低来评价膜清洗效率。图11显示了使用两种不同气提装置在不同空气流速下的渗透率图。从这些图中显而易见地得出使用脉冲气提泵时膜污垢率较低,因为其提供了比普通气提泵随时间变化的更稳定的渗透率。
在典型的循环充气设置和本发明的脉冲气提充气的性能之间进行进一步的对比。脉冲气提的空气流速为3m3/h,循环充气的为6m3/h。测试10s开/10s关和3s开/3s关的循环充气周期。选择10s开/10s关的循环充气来模仿大规模装置的实际操作,阀的最快开关为10s。选择3s开/3s关的循环充气来模仿在脉冲气提装置的操作范围内的频率。在约30LMH的标准化的流量下测试性能,且该性能包括30分钟的长过滤循环。
下表1汇总了对脉冲气提操作和两种不同频率的循环充气操作的测试结果。与循环充气操作相比,在短过滤和长过滤循环过程中脉冲气提操作的渗透率降低明显小得多。尽管高频率循环充气略微改善了该膜的性能,但该脉冲气提操作保持了稳定得多的渗透率,证实了使用脉冲气提设置的清洗过程更有效。

上述实施例证实了使用脉冲流产生装置的有效膜清洗方法。随着将气体连续供给给该脉冲流产生装置,产生了无规或混乱的流动型式以有效清洗该膜。各循环流动型式的持续时间/效率、高和低流强度以及流动变化形式都彼此不同。在各循环内,该流动以混乱形式从一个数值到另一个数值连续变化。
可以理解,尽管上述实施方案使用了脉冲气/液流,但本发明在使用包括气体、气泡和液体的其他无规脉冲流体流时也是有效的。
可以理解,在不脱离本发明所述的精神或范围的情况下,本发明还有其他实施方案和实施例。
Claims (37)
1.用流体流清洗浸没在液体介质中的膜表面的方法,包括沿所述膜表面提供无规产生的间歇或脉冲流体流以从中去除污垢材料的步骤,
并且所述方法还包括在所述液体介质中提供另外的气泡源,
其中所述脉冲流体流的大小和/或频率和/或持续时间是无规的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述脉冲流体流包括气流。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述气流包括气泡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述脉冲流体流包括脉冲两相气/液流。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述方法包括使用供给加压气流的装置产生所述脉冲两相气/液流。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述加压气流是基本恒定的。
7.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述方法还包括将所述脉冲两相气/液流与基本恒定的两相气/液流结合使用。
8.膜组件,包括多个多孔膜或一组膜组件,和用于提供无规产生的脉冲流体流以使得在使用时所述脉冲流体流移动通过所述膜的表面以从中去除污垢材料的装置,其中所述脉冲流体流的大小和/或频率和/或持续时间是无规的,并且所述膜包括多孔中空纤维。
9.根据权利要求8所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲流体流包括脉冲气流。
10.根据权利要求9所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲气流包括气泡。
11.根据权利要求9所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲气流是由具有气体供给的装置产生的。
12.根据权利要求8所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲流体流包括脉冲两相气/液流。
13.根据权利要求8所述的膜组件,其中用于提供所述脉冲流体流的装置还包括与所述装置流体连通的分布器,并且所述脉冲流体流通过所述分布器被分布到所述膜组件中。
14.根据权利要求8所述的膜组件,其中对各膜组件提供装置。
15.根据权利要求8所述的膜组件,其中对多个膜组件提供装置。
16.根据权利要求14或权利要求15所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲流体流在所述装置中无规产生,形成无规的分布型式。
17.从多个多孔中空纤维膜的表面去除污垢材料的方法,所述多个多孔中空纤维膜安装并纵向延伸在阵列中以形成膜组件,所述多孔中空纤维膜被彼此紧密邻近设置并安装以防止其间的过度运动,所述方法包括提供通过所述多孔中空纤维膜的表面的无规的均匀分布的脉冲气泡流的步骤,所述分布使得所述气泡在所述阵列中的各膜之间基本均匀流动以冲洗所述多孔中空纤维膜的表面并从所述膜组件内去除累积的固体,其中所述脉冲气泡流的大小和/或频率和/或持续时间是无规的。
18.根据权利要求17所述的从多个多孔中空纤维膜的表面去除污垢材料的方法,其中所述脉冲气泡流包括脉冲两相气/液流。
19.根据权利要求18所述的从多个多孔中空纤维膜的表面去除污垢材料的方法,其中所述脉冲两相气/液流是由具有基本恒定气体供给的装置产生的。
20.膜组件,包括多个多孔中空纤维膜,所述多孔中空纤维膜被彼此紧密邻近设置并安装以防止其间的过度运动,所述多孔中空纤维膜的各端固定在集管中,一个集管具有在其中形成的一个或多个开孔,通过所述开孔引入用于清洗所述多孔中空纤维膜的表面的无规的脉冲气流,其中所述脉冲气流的大小和/或频率和/或持续时间是无规的。
21.根据权利要求20所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲气流是气泡的形式。
22.根据权利要求20或权利要求21所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲气流包括脉冲两相气/液流。
23.根据权利要求22所述的膜组件,其中所述脉冲两相气/液流是由具有气体供给的装置产生的。
24.根据权利要求23所述的膜组件,其中所述气体供给是基本恒定的。
25.根据权利要求11或权利要求23所述的膜组件,其中所述装置包括响应于来自与其连接的气体源的加压气体供给而操作的气提泵装置,用于储存和间歇释放所述加压气体,并使用所释放的气体以气提一定量来自液体储蓄处的所述液体以产生脉冲两相气/液流。
26.根据权利要求25所述的膜组件,其中所述气提泵装置包括用于储存由所述气体源提供的所述气体并具有位于所述液体储蓄处内的上封闭端和下开口端的倒置气体储存腔、位于所述倒置气体储存腔内且具有与所述液体储蓄处流体连通的入口端和与所述膜组件流体连通的出口端的垂直提升管,所述垂直提升管具有与所述倒置气体储存腔流体连通的开口,所述倒置气体储存腔被安置成用于在所述倒置气体储存腔中的气体含量达到预设含量时接收来自所述倒置气体储存腔的储存的气体,并将所述液体气提通过所述垂直提升管用于排放到所述膜组件中。
27.根据权利要求11或权利要求23所述的膜组件,其中所述气体供给是由包含加压气体的外部罐提供的,所述外部罐与所述膜组件流体连通,并具有用于向所述膜组件提供气体的无规产生脉冲以形成用于清洗膜表面的气泡流的控制装置。
28.根据权利要求27所述的膜组件,其中所述控制装置包括位于所述膜组件的气/液入口中且是根据入口中的液体的水平可操作的以从所述外部罐中提供气体的流体流控制装置。
29.根据权利要求23所述的膜组件,其中所述装置是与流体分布器流体连通而连接的,从而将所述脉冲气流基本均匀地分布到所述膜组件中。
30.膜生物反应器,包括具有用于将给料引入其中的装置的罐、用于在所述罐内形成活性污泥的装置、依照权利要求20的位于所述罐内以浸渍在所述污泥中的膜组件,并且所述膜组件具有用于将滤液从所述多孔中空纤维膜的至少一端移除的装置。
31.一种根据权利要求30所述的膜生物反应器的操作方法,所述方法包括:将给料引入所述罐;对所述多孔中空纤维膜施加真空以从其中去除滤液,同时提供所述脉冲气流通过所述膜组件内的充气开孔,以使得在使用时所述脉冲气流运动通过所述多孔中空纤维膜的表面以从中去除污垢材料。
32.根据权利要求31所述的膜生物反应器的操作方法,还包括提供进一步的充气源,可以提供在所述罐内。
33.根据权利要求32所述的膜生物反应器的操作方法,其中所述膜组件垂直悬浮在所述罐内,且所述进一步的充气源提供在悬挂的膜组件之下。
34.根据权利要求32所述的膜生物反应器的操作方法,其中所述进一步的充气源包括一组透气管。
35.清洗位于包含液体的容器中的过滤膜的方法,通过在所述容器内的多个位置处在所述液体内提供无规的流体脉冲,其中所述流体脉冲的大小和/或频率和/或持续时间是无规的,其中所述流体包括脉冲两相气/液混合物,所述脉冲两相气/液混合物是由具有基本恒定的气体供给的装置产生的。
