为了解决拆管操作麻烦和推齿环的顶部容易被磨损、碰伤的问题,给出流体管连接装置,包括管接头,有固紧安装在管接头上的塞套把内齿卡环和推齿环装在管接头和塞套内;管道驳接时,塞套、推齿环和内齿卡环被管道穿过后,内齿卡环卡紧管壁;拆管前推齿环顺着管道***方向推开内齿使内齿卡环松开管壁,其特征是,推齿环和塞套之间为滑动接触;在管道驳接状态下,推齿环的顶端与塞套基本平齐或缩在塞套内。还给出配套的拆管工具,包括手柄,手柄接有可伸入塞套与管壁之间推动推齿环的顶块。

Description

流体管连接装置及其配套的拆管工具
技术领域
本发明涉及流体管连接装置及其配套的拆管工具。 
背景技术
授权公告号为CN1324258C的第200310101202.7号中国专利(下称对比文件)记载了用于引导水或气体等流体流动的流体管连接装置(对比文件称之为“水或汽管连接装置”),包括一个管接头和一个可固紧安装在管接头上的塞套,塞套被管道穿过后套在管壁外。有内齿卡环(对比文件称之为“内齿锁紧圈3”)和推齿环(对比文件称之为“启闭环2”)装在管接头和塞套内。驳接时管道穿过塞套和推齿环后向外挤开内齿穿过内齿卡环,接在管接头上;若为质地较软的塑料管,则驳接完成后内齿前端略微嵌入管壁;若为铁管或不锈钢管,则可以在管壁上开槽,让内齿前端卡入管槽内;若为铜管,则无须开槽。退出时,需要由推齿环顺着管道***方向推开内齿后部使内齿前端松开管壁才能取出管子。 
对比文件记载的推齿环外壁和塞套内壁之间采用螺纹连接,推齿环顶部开有凹位。拆管时,用专用的勾头扳手勾住凹位沿管轴旋转让推齿环推开内齿卡环的内齿,管子退出后反向转动让推齿环后退使内齿回复原位。该推齿环和塞套之间采用螺纹连接结构带来两个缺陷:其一,拆管时须用勾头扳手卡住推齿环的凹位正向转动拆管,再反向转动复位,操作麻烦;其二,为了让推齿环在深入塞套内推动内齿时其顶部仍可让勾头扳手勾住,要求在管道拆除前的长期使用过程中,推齿环的顶部一直显著突出塞套之外,这就使得推齿环的顶部容易被磨损、碰伤,导致不能顺利拆管。 
发明内容
本发明旨在解决拆管操作麻烦的问题,同时解决推齿环的顶部容易被磨损、碰伤的问题。 
本发明给出流体管连接装置,包括管接头,有固紧安装在管接头上的塞套把内齿卡环和推齿环装在管接头和塞套内;管道驳接时,塞套、推齿环和内齿卡环被管道穿过后,内齿卡环卡紧管壁;拆管前推齿环顺着管道***方向推开内齿使内齿卡环松开管壁,其特征是,推齿环和塞套之间为滑动接触;在管道驳接状态下,推齿环的顶端与塞套平齐或缩在塞套内。 
本发明还给出与本发明的流体管连接装置配套的拆管工具,其特征是,包括手柄,手柄接有可伸入塞套与管壁之间推动推齿环的顶块。 
因为本发明的推齿环和塞套之间为滑动接触,所以拆管时只需轴向平移推齿环即可推开内齿,免去旋转推齿环的麻烦;取出管道后,内齿仍处于被推齿环推开后的形变状态,使用者一松开推齿环,内齿的形变弹力就把推齿环反推回原位,内齿也就得以自动复位。而对比文件因采用螺纹连接,拆除管时先用勾头板手卡住推齿环的凹位转动,才能把内齿推离管壁把管拆除;当管子退出后,反向转动勾头扳手才能让推齿环后退使内齿回复原位,不能自动复位。相比之下本发明操作更简便。在管道驳接状态下,本发明流体管连接装置的推齿环的顶端与塞套平齐或缩在塞套内,推齿环的顶部不外露也就不易被磨损、碰伤。 
为了配合本发明的流体管连接装置,本发明给出的拆管工具设有顶块,其伸入塞套与管壁之间把推齿环顶至推开内齿即可使内齿卡环松开管壁,从而取出管道。

具体实施方式
图1、2给出外密封式流体管连接装置,包括塞套1、推齿环2、内齿卡环3、承托圈4、密封圈5和管接头6。塞套1放入管接头6内,用收口工具压紧或其它方式固紧,从而把推齿环2、内齿卡环3、承托圈4和密封圈5等零件包在管接头6和塞套1内,内齿卡环3放在承托圈4上,承托圈4的下方是密封圈5。推齿环2和塞套1之间为滑动接触。在管道驳接状态下,推齿环2的顶端与塞套1平齐,如图2所示。推齿环2的顶端也可缩在塞套1内。 
如图3的第一种拆管工具,设有固定手柄10连接卡件11,设有活动手柄12连接顶块13,活动手柄12和固定手柄10在后部铰接。拆管时,先让卡件11卡紧管接头6,然后让顶块13对准推齿环2的顶端伸入,再握紧两个手柄的中后部使活动手柄12靠近固定手柄10,从而让顶块13把推齿环2顶至推开内齿,使内齿卡环3松开管壁7。因为拆管工具只需单手操作,所以可用另一只手取出管道。然后松开拆管工具,推齿环2被内齿的形变弹力反向推回原位,内齿也就得以自动复位。虽然该拆管工具的活动手柄12和固定手柄10采用简易且操作方便的铰接方式,两手柄之间为转动而非平动,但因为推齿环2的管轴向位移很短,所以在活动手柄12转动靠近固定手柄10时,顶块13位移的管轴向分量足以把推齿环2顶至推开内齿。 
拆管工具的活动手柄12也可不与固定手柄10连接;拆管工具也可不设卡件11和固定手柄10,改为用手直接抓住管接头6。但这样就难以单手操作。 
拆管工具的顶块13也可做得稍长,长出部分作为活动手柄12。 
第二种拆管工具如图4、5,卡件11接在固定手柄10上,活动手柄12铰接固定手柄10,活动手柄12位于卡件11后方,固定手柄10位于顶块13后方,顶块13与活动手柄12之间的连接方式为: 
设有杠杆,其支点15铰接固定手柄10,支点15之前接所述的顶块13,支点15之后为杠杆后部14; 
活动手柄12上接有推杆17,当活动手柄12靠近杠杆后部14时,推杆17推动杠杆后部14使顶块13靠近卡件11; 
还设有连接杠杆后部14和活动手柄12的二连杆18,当活动手柄12远离杠杆后部14时,二连杆18拉动杠杆后部14使顶块13远离卡件11,同时推杆17后退。该拆管工具可以单手操作。 
图5的杠杆后部14排布多个外齿16,所述的推杆17与活动手柄12铰接,推杆17可以选择顶住其中一个外齿16以控制顶块13的行程。推杆17顶住不同的外齿16,顶块13的行程也会有所不同,起到调节行程的作用。 
图6、7给出内密封式流体管连接装置,包括塞套1、推齿环2、内齿卡环3、密封圈5和管接头6。管接头6外壁和塞套1内壁设有相互配合的凸块8、9,塞套1的凸块8错开管接头6的凸块9装入,然后旋转塞套1使凸块8、9互相抵住即可固紧,也可用其它方式固紧,从而把内齿卡环3、推齿环2和密封圈5等零件包在管接头6和塞套1内。推齿环2和塞套1之间为滑动接触。在管道驳接状态下,推齿环2的顶端与塞套1平齐,如图7所示。由于内齿卡环3直接放在外壳上,故无须设承托圈4。 

Claims (4)

1.流体管连接装置,包括管接头(6),有固紧安装在管接头(6)上的塞套(1)把内齿卡环(3)和推齿环(2)装在管接头(6)和塞套(1)内;管道驳接时,塞套(1)、推齿环(2)和内齿卡环(3)被管道穿过后,内齿卡环(3)卡紧管壁(7);拆管前推齿环(2)顺着管道***方向推开内齿使内齿卡环(3)松开管壁(7),其特征是,推齿环(2)和塞套(1)之间为滑动接触;在管道驳接状态下,推齿环(2)的顶端与塞套(1)平齐或缩在塞套(1)内。
2.与权利要求1的流体管连接装置配套的拆管工具,包括活动手柄(12),活动手柄(12)接有可伸入塞套(1)与管壁(7)之间推动推齿环(2)的顶块(13),其还包括可卡住管接头(6)的卡件(11)和连接卡件(11)的固定手柄(10),活动手柄(12)与固定手柄(10)相铰接。
3.根据权利要求2的拆管工具,活动手柄(12)位于卡件(11)后方,固定手柄(10)位于顶块(13)后方,顶块(13)与活动手柄(12)之间的连接方式为:
设有杠杆,其支点(15)铰接固定手柄(10),支点(15)之前接所述的顶块(13),支点(15)之后为杠杆后部(14);
活动手柄(12)上接有推杆(17),当活动手柄(12)靠近杠杆后部(14)时,推杆(17)推动杠杆后部(14)使顶块(13)靠近卡件(11);
还设有连接杠杆后部(14)和活动手柄(12)的二连杆(18),当活动手柄(12)远离杠杆后部(14)时,二连杆(18)拉动杠杆后部(14)使顶块(13)远离卡件(11),同时推杆(17)后退。
4.根据权利要求3的拆管工具,杠杆后部(14)排布多个外齿(16),所述的推杆(17)与活动手柄(12)铰接,推杆(17)顶住其中一个外齿(16)以控制顶块(13)的行程。
