Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A LAMINACãO DE PERFIS ACABADOS DE PERFIS BRUTOS ATRAVéS DE LAMINADORES, OPERANDO EM REGIME REVERSìVEL Um processo para laminação de perfis acabados de um perfil bruto através de conjuntos de laminadores que operam em regime reversível. Uma destas unidades é um grupo de laminação compacto que é constituído de dois laminadores universais com laminador de recalque intermediário disposto em posição intermediária. Outra unidade é um grupo de pré-laminação precedente que é constituído de laminadores verticais e horizontais ou de laminadores universais. Para laminar perfis de paredes de estacas-pranchas, paredes em (U), perfis angulares ou semelhantes perfis, ao equipar os laminadores do grupo de pré-laminação e/ou do grupo de laminação compacto com vários calibres seletivos, seletivamente introduzíveis na linha de laminação, ou seja, pelo deslocamento dos laminadores, transversalmente para com a linha de laminação,1 um perfil bruto de dimensões semelhantes ao produto final será pré-moldado nos laminadores dos grupos de pré-laminação, em uma carreira de passos de alteração de formato ou de redução de formato com ou sem emprego de calibres seletivos e a seguir no grupo de laminação compacto, em vários passos de modificação e redução do formato, no laminador de entrada, no laminador de recalque intermediário, com ou sem emprego dos calibres seletivos, ou seja de calibres adjacentes, continuar a ser moldado e subseq³entemente no laminador de saída ou no laminador de recalque intermediário passa a ser moldado para compor o perfil final.
