Abstract

Un proceso para laminar perfiles terminados a partir de perfiles iniciales mediante un diseño de estructura de rodillo que trabaja en reversa. De éstos, uno es un grupo de rodillo compacto compuesto de dos estructuras universales entre las cuales se encuentra una estructura de prensado intermedia. El otro es un grupo de rodillo inicial, el cual está compuesto de estructuras verticales y horizontales o estructuras universales. Para laminar perfiles de tapon de pared, en forma de U, cuadrados, o cualquier tipo de perfil parecido, las estructuras de rodillo del grupo de rodillo inicial y/o del grupo de rodillo compacto se equipan con varios calibres opcionales, los cuales se pueden secar opcionalmente de la línea de rodillo. Los perfiles se siguen formando al deslizar las estructuras de rodillo diagonalmente a la línea de rodillo en un perfil inicial cuyas medidas sean lo más parecidas posibles a las del producto final, en las estructuras de rodillo del grupo de rodillo inicial, en una serie de canales de transformacion y reduccion de forma, utilizando o no los calibres opcionales. Y a continuacion son reducidos y transformados en canales en la estructura de rodillo de entrada y en la estructura de prensado intermedia, utilizando o no los calibres opcionales que se encuentran colocados uno al lado del otro respectivamente, del grupo de rodillo de salida o en la estructura de prensado intermdia.
