Abstract

"ESTRUTURA DE RESPIRADOR DE MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA DE VáLVULA NA CABEçA". A presente invenção trata de problema em um motor de combustão interna de válvula na cabeça no qual uma câmara de transmissão de força de acionamento que aloja um elemento de transmissão de força de acionamento para transmitir uma força de acionamento rotacional de um eixo de manivela para um eixo de came e está disposta no lado de um furo de cilindro é formada em uma caixa de eixo de manivela, um bloco de cilindros e um cabeçote de cilindro, e uma câmara de respirador que está disposta abaixo de uma câmara de alojamento de eixo de came que aloja o eixo de came e é formada entre o cabeçote de cilindro e o bloco de cilindros e no lado do furo de cilindro e a câmara de transmissão de força de acionamento é formada entre um cilindro e a caixa de eixo de manivela, a descarga de óleo da câmara de respirador é realizada suavemente de modo a melhorar o desempenho da separação de vapor-líquido A invenção soluciona esse problema provendo uma passagem de entrada de respirador (68) que possui uma extremidade superior da mesma em comunicação com o interior de uma câmara de alojamento de eixo de came (30) e uma extremidade inferior da mesma em comunicação com uma câmara de respirador (60) em uma posição que corresponde a uma face correspondente entre um bloco de cilindros (12) e uma caixa de eixo de manivela (11), é formada no bloco de cilindros (12) de modo que a passagem de entrada de respirador (68) se estende verticalmente, e um furo de descarga de óleo (74) que está em comunicação com uma parte inferior do interior da câmara de respirador (60) é formado na caixa de eixo de manivela (11).
