Abstract
Procedimiento para laminar en caliente y para tratamiento térmico de un fleje (1)de acero. Para permitir una fabricacion economica de flejes de alta y muy alta resistencia con suficiente tenacidad en un equipo para flejes, el procedimiento prevé los siguientes pasos: a) calentar el desbaste plano a laminar, b) laminar el desbaste plano hasta el espesor deseado del fleje (1), c) refrigerar el fleje (1), con lo cual, después de la refrigeracion el fleje (1) presenta una temperatura superior a la temperatura circundante (T0), d) enrollar el fleje (1) formando un rollo (2), e) desenrollar el fleje (1) del rollo (2), f) calentar el fleje (1); g) refrigerar el fleje (1) y h) retirar el fleje, con lo cual antes del calentamiento en el paso f), el fleje (1) presenta una temperatura superior a la temperatura circundante (T0).Procedure for hot rolling and for heat treatment of a steel strip (1).
