- the present inventors In order to develop a copper alloy sheet material excellent in bending workability, the present inventors have investigated and analyzed in detail the cause of cracks that occur when bending a copper alloy sheet material. As a result, the copper plastic deformation locally develops during bending of the copper alloy sheet, forming a shear deformation band, and the formation and connection of microvoids occurs due to local work hardening, reaching the forming limit. I found out. Thus, as a result of intensive studies, the present inventors have found that a copper alloy sheet material excellent in bending workability can be obtained by increasing the proportion of crystal orientation in which microscopic strain is difficult to accumulate during bending deformation. It was. The present invention has been made based on this finding.

FE-SEMとしては、7001FA(日本電子社製)を用いた。
