Abstract

Description
Oblast tehnike
Pronalazak spada u oblast proizvodnje obuče, a posebno se odnosi na sportsku obuču sa pneumatskim donovima i potpeticama. Oznake prema MKP : A 43 B 13/20 i A 43 B 21/28.
Tehnički problem
Pronalaskom se rešava problem kako da se ostvari sportska cipela koja te obezbediti potpuno prigušivanje udara pri sko_ z ku, optimizovati položaj stopala pri oslanjanju, korigovati nepravilnosti položaja stopala, i koja te posebno omogučiti da se veliki deo potisne sile koju je korisnik preneo na tle ponovo prenese na stopalo korisnika.
Stanje tehnike
Ovaj se pronalazak odnosi na sportsku cipelu koja se sastoji od gornjeg dela, lica i donjeg oslonog dela koji obuhvata don, unutrašnji don postavljen na tom donu i jedari omotač, postavljene jedan preko drugog, tabanicu i postavu koja je u dodiru sa stopalom korisnika ili sportiste u toku upotrebe cipele.
Nekoliko godina se zahteva za sportske cipele da u toku upotrebe mogu vratiti korisniku, u vidu potisne sile, deo energije koja je preneta na tle kretanjem korisnika, kako bi se potpomoglo podizanje stopala i time olakšalo izvršenje tog pokreta.
Za sportske cipele ove vrste postoje posebni zahtevi, i to :
(a) da obezbede potpuno prigušivanje udara koji nastaje usled skoka koji korisnik, posebno sportista, vrši u toku trčanja, čime se št iti njegova struktura kosti ju i zglobova, (b) da optimiziraju položaj korisnikovog stopala kada se osloni na njega, Cime se sprečava da struktura kostiju bude podvrgnuta bilo kojoj vrsti deformacija, i (c) da koriguje nepravilnosti položaja stopala (okrenutost na unu” tra ili prema napol je) svakog korisnika.
Več postoje različite konstrukcije koje pokušavaju da zadovolje navedene zahteve. Jedna od njih, na primer, sadrži jedan vazdušni jastuk postavljen u donjem oslonom delu cipele, veličine koja je praktično jednaka veličini unutrašnjeg dona, tj. vazdušni jastuk je postavljen celom dužinom stopala. Druga konstrukcija ima tabanicu izvedenu po celoj njenoj donjoj površini sa elementima koji se pružaju prema unutrašnjem donu, dok jedna druga konstrukcija obuhvata jednu sačastu strukturu postavi jenu tako da odgovara potpetici cipele.
U američkom patentu br. 3 253 355 opisan je uložak za cipelu koji ima jednu kesu ispunjenu jednim elementom od elasičnog materijala, u kome je načinjeno više otvora.
Sve ove konstrukcije imaju nedostatke , koji se ne mogu zanemariti. Tako, na primer, proizvodnja cipele sa vazdušnim jastukom je skupa, a u svakom slučaju ne zadovoljava u potpunosti navedene uslove. S tim u vezi, mada vazdušni jastuk postavljen celom dužinom stopala s jedne strane daje veoma udobnu cipelu, on, s druge strane, ne stvara traženu potisnu šilu na s v Op α I » Pored toga, vazdušni jastuk ne može da obezbedi dobru višesmernu stabilnost i savitljivost cipele.
Kod cipele iz US-A-3 253 355, kada cipela udari o tle, ceo se element savija, i na stopi koja se odvaja od tla vračena energija je delimično izgubljena. P,pred toga, raspodela napona u telu tog elementa može izazvati poremečaj elastičnog reagovanja umetka.
Mada druge pomenute konstrukcije cipela obezbettuju dobru udobnost za stopalo korisnika, one ne ostvaruju kako treba druge zahteve. Poznate su druge konstrukcije cipela koje, s jedne strane, bar delimično zadovoljavaju navedene zahteve, ali su, s druge strane, toliko skupe, da su nedostupne onoj velikoj masi čisto amaterskih korisnika koji se bave rekreativnim trčanjem.
Opis rešenja tehničkog problema
Cilj je prikazanog pronalaska, prema torne, da se ostvari sportska cipela koja zadovoljava navedene zahteve i koja posebno omogučuje da se veliki deo potisne sile koju je korisnik preneo na tle ponovo prenese na stopalo korisnika. Drugi je cilj da se ostvari sportska cipela koja neče stvarati neprijetnosti usled potisne sile kojom korisnik deluje na prednji deo cipele, i koja ima višesmernu stabilnost i savi11 jivost.
Ovi i drugi ciljevi, koji če biti očigledni prosečnom stručnjaku, ostvareni su sportskom cipelom navedene vrste, karakterističnom po torne, što obuhvata, povezano sa donjim oslonim delom,, najmanje jedan umetak koji sadrži elemente koji se elastično deformišu pod pritiskom, a koji su zatvoreni u jedan hermetički omotač, najpogodnije od plastične mase, pri čemu je taj umetak postavljen u jedno sedište izmedu unutrašnjeg dona i tabanice, na mestu koje odgovara peti stopala.
Pogodno je da to sedište bude izvedeno u unutrašnjem donu i da bude zatvoreno iznad njega postavljenem tabanicom.
Potpunije sagledavanje pronalaska, kao i mnoge njegove prateče prednosti lako če se ostvariti kada se isti bolje shvati sa pozivom na sledeči detaljan opis rasmatran zajedno sa priloženim ertežima. gde :

Prema slikama, sportska cipela prema pronalasku obuhvata gornji deo, ili, lice A, i donji osloni deo 1, koji obuhvata don 2, na primer od sintetičke gume, na koji je na poznat način pričvrščen unutrašnji don 3, na primer od termoplastičnog poliuretana. Unutrašnji don obuhvata udubljenje 4, ograničeno uzdignutom ivicom 10, a na njega je postavljena tabanica 5, na primer od plute, na koju je stavljena postava ό, na primer od neke tkanine (nije prikazana na slici 3). Don 2, najpogodnije načinjen od gume, ima uobičajena okrugla i ovalna udubljenja 7 i ureze ili udubljene delove S po svojoj donjoj površini« Takode ima prednju uzdignutu ivicu, ili lub 11 i bočnu ivicu 12 koja se pruža celim preostalim delom Dbima dona.

To je, u stvari, preporuč1 jivo izvodenje umetka 13, kod koga se u prvoj fazi elementi 14 dobijaju livenjem u kalupima, posle čega se omotaju unutar plastičnih listova koji se toplotno zavaruju, a sačinjavaju omotač 15, pri čemu se elementi 14 omotavaju kada su na relativno visokoj temperaturi, tako da dolazi do zavarivanja slobodnih krajeva 18, 19 elemenata 13 sa pomenutim plastičnim listovima. Veza izmedu omotača i bačvastih elemenata ima tu prednost da učvrščuje te elemente unutar pomenutog omotača, čime se sprečava pomeranje omotača i bačvastih elemenata kod koriščenja cipele prema pronalasku, čime zajednički doprinose medusobnoj povezanosti bačvastih elemenata 14 i dobre višesmerne stabilnosti i savi11 jivosti dobljene cipele. Ovo obezbeduje veču stabilnost umetka 13 u cipeli, i omogučuje bolje ostvarivanje funkcije za koju je namenjen, a koja če funkcija biti kasnije definisana.
Oblik elemenata 14, prikazan i opisan samo kao primer, omogučuje znatnu apsorpciju opterečenja koja izaziva stopalo korisnika kada se ovaj kreče, a istovremeno omogučuje da se veliki deo apsorbovane energije ponovo prenese, brzo ali postepeno, na stopalo.
Da bi se umetak 13 osigurao u sedištima 16 i 17, postava 6 ima na površini 21, okrenutoj tabanici 5, ispust 22 čiji oblik odgovara pomenutim sedištima i može da sadejstvuje sa njima i sa umetkom 13. Kod napred navedenog alternativnog izvodenja, ispust 22 se može izostaviti.
Omotač 15 umetka 13 ima prirubnicu 23 koja se, kada se umetak 13 postavi u donji deo 1 cipele, oslanja na upor 24 izveden izmedu tabanice 5 i unutrašnje površine 25 unutrašnjeg dona 3. Kod alternativnog rešenja, gde je otvor ili sedište 17 izostavljeno, prirubnica 23 (veoma tanka) oslanja se na konturu sedišta 16 unutrašnjeg dona.

Kod koriščenja cipele prema pronalasku, svaki put kad korisnik pritisne stopalom donji deo 1 cipele, umetak 13 se potiskuje prema donu 2. Tačnije, pritisak koji ostvaruje stopalo sabija elemente 14 koji se deformišu i povečavaju pritisak u hermetičnom omotaču 15 koji je ograničen okolnim zidovima njegovog sedišta. Kada peta korisnika prestane da vrši pritisak, elementi 14 se vračaju u svoj početni oblik, tako da prenose veliki deo energije akumulirane u toku pr it iškivanja na korisnikovo stopalo, koje usled toga pr ima postepeno rastuču potisnu šilu kada se njegova peta (ili drugi deo stopala, na primer deo tabana iza prstiju) odvaja od tla. Ovoj potisnoj sili, koja deluje na stopalo korisnika preko elemenata 14, mora se dodati potisna sila koju ostvaruje vazduh koji se nalazi unutar umetka 13, pri čemu je taj vazduh pod pritiskom usled delovanja stopala korisnika. Ove kombinovane potisne sile pomažu da se na korisnikovo stopalo prenese deo energije koju je korisnik preneo na tlo u toku kretanja.
Elastični umeci, kao Sto je napred opisani, mogu se postaviti u drugim delovima nosečeg dela 1, posebno u prednjem delu dona 2 i unutrašnjeg dona 3, a tačnije u zoni 3A iza prstiju, prikazanoj isprekidanim linijama na slici 1, gde je sedište označeno sa 16A a umetak sa 13A, čime se omogučuje korisniku (posebno sportisti) da postigne veči odraz pri ubrzavanju ili kod promene brzine kretanja.
Umetak 13, prikazan na slikana 1 i 3 obuhvata samo jedan sloj elemenata 14, ali se može ostvariti umetak 13 koji ima dva ili više slojeva elemenata 14 postavljenih jedan preko drugog kako je prikazano na slici 4. Tačnije, ako navedeni umetak ima dva sloja elemenata 14, na prvi sloj se oslanja drugi, čiji se elementi koji se mogu deformisati oslanjaju na elemente postavljene ispod njih.
Ovo dalje omogučuje poboljšanje u vračanju dela energije (koju je korisnik preneo tlu) u stopalo korisnika. Treba napomenudi da se, na isti način kako je ranije opisano, slobodni krajevi 18, 19 bačvasto oblikovanih elemenata 14, pričvrščeni (ili zavareni) na omotač 15, pri čemu su površine dodira dva sloja elemenata 14, ako se koriste, pričvrščene (ili zavarene) jedna za drugu. Ovo obezbeduje stabilnost umetku 13 jer sprečava da jedan sloj klizi preko drugog unutar opmotača 15. Cipela konstruisana prema pronalasku zadovoljava napred pomenute zahteve, a posebno omogučuje da se veči deo energije utrošen u toku kretanja ponovo vrača stopalu.
Očigledno je da su brojne modifikacije i varijacije prikazanog pronalaska moguče imajuči u vidu prethodan opis.
Jedno od tih različitih jzvodenja prikazanog pronalaska prikazano je isprekidanim linijama na slici 1, pri čemu to izvodenje obuhvata jedan dodatni umetak 13A postavljen u sedište 16A, izvedeno u području 3A iza prstiju unutrašnjeg klina 3.
Isto tako umetak 13A može da obuhvata jedan ili više medusobno povezanih bačvastih elemenata 14.
