Claims (20)

1. Каталитическая композиция для очистки выхлопного газа, содержащая смесь первого компонента и второго компонента, где первый компонент представляет собой алюмосиликатный или ферросиликатный молекулярно-ситовой компонент, где данное молекулярное сито находится в Н+ форме, а второй компонент представляет собой оксид ванадия, нанесенный на металлоксидный носитель, выбранный из оксида алюминия, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, оксида церия, диоксида кремния и их комбинаций.
2. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой данное молекулярное сито имеет структуру, выбранную из МFI, ВЕА и FЕR.
3. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 2, в которой данное молекулярное сито представляет собой Н+/МFI алюмосиликат.
4. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой данное молекулярное сито представляет собой ВЕА ферросиликат.
5. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой данный металлоксидный носитель представляет собой диоксид титана.
6. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой второй компонент дополнительно содержит оксид вольфрама.
7. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой второй компонент дополнительно содержит ванадат железа.
8. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой первый компонент и второй компонент присутствуют в смеси в соответственном массовом отношении от приблизительно 5:95 до приблизительно 40:60.
9. Каталитическая композиция по пункту 1, в которой данная смесь содержит от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 5 массовых процентов оксида ванадия в расчете на массу первого и второго компонентов.
10. Пористое каталитическое покрытие типа "washcoat", содержащее катализатор по пункту 1, дополнительно содержащее один или несколько наполнителей, связующих, технологических добавок, воду и легирующие примеси.
11. Каталитическое изделие, содержащее подложку, покрытую катализатором или содержащую внедренный катализатор по пункту 1, в котором данную подложку выбирают из металлической прямо-проточной подложки, керамической прямо-проточной подложки, фильтра с проточными стенками, спеченного металлического фильтра, частичного фильтра и экструдированной сотовой структуры катализатора.
12. Каталитическое изделие по пункту 11, содержащее пористое покрытие, содержащее вторую каталитическую композицию для избирательного восстановления NOx и/или для окисления NН3.
13. Каталитическое изделие по пункту 12, в котором упомянутую вторую каталитическую композицию выбирают из (а) смесей катализаторов по пункту 1, (b) молекулярного сита, промотированного переходным металлом, (с) катализатора с металлом платиновой группы или (d) катализатора на основе ванадия.
14. Каталитическое изделие по пункту 11, в котором данная подложка содержит первый слой, содержащий металл платиновой группы для окисления аммиака, и второй слой, содержащий катализатор по пункту 1, где первый слой расположен прямо на подложке или внутри нее, а второй слой покрывает первый слой.
15. Система для очистки выхлопного газа, содержащая катализатор избирательного каталитического восстановления (SСR) выше по потоку от катализатора проскока аммиака (АSС), в которой, по меньшей мере, один из упомянутых SСR и АSС катализаторов содержит катализатор по пункту 1.
16. Система по пункту 15, дополнительно содержащая дизельный катализатор окисления, содержащий металл платиновой группы, расположенный выше по потоку от упомянутого катализатора избирательного каталитического восстановления.
17. Способ очистки выхлопного газа, включающий этапы, на которых:
а. осуществляют контакт потока выхлопного газа, содержащего NOx и/или NН3, в присутствии катализатора по пункту 1; и
b. превращают, по меньшей мере, часть упомянутого NOx в N2 и/или превращают, по меньшей мере, часть NН3 в, по меньшей мере, одно вещество из N2 и NО2.
18. Способ по пункту 17, в котором упомянутый выхлопной газ имеет отношение NО к NО2 от приблизительно 4:1 до приблизительно 1:3 по объему.
