Claims (21)
1. Композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх, содержащая носитель и один или несколько металлов платиновой группы, расположенных на данном носителе;
где носитель содержит усилитель сохранения NОх;
один или несколько металлов платиновой группы представляют собой смесь или сплав платины и палладия; и
где усилитель сохранения NОх выбирают из группы, состоящей из скандия, иттрия, празеодима, прометия, самария, европия, гадолиния, тербия, диспрозия, гольмия, эрбия, туллия, иттербия, лютеция, стронция или их оксидов.
2. Композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх по п. 1, в которой усилитель сохранения NОх выбирают из группы, состоящей из празеодима, самария, гадолиния или гольмия, или их оксидов.
3. Композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх по любому из предыдущих пп., в которой носитель выбирают из группы, состоящей из оксида церия, смешанного оксида церия-циркония, смешанного оксида церия-магния-алюминия и смешанного оксида алюминия-церия-циркония.
4. Композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх по п. 3, в которой носителем является оксид церия.
5. Композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх по любому из предыдущих пп., дополнительно содержащая барий.
6. Композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх по любому из пп. 1-4, где композиция катализатора-адсорбера NОх по существу свободна от бария.
7. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх, содержащий композицию катализатора-адсорбера NОх по любому из пп. 1-6, нанесенную на металлическую или керамическую подложку.
8. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх по п. 8, в котором подложка является прямопроточным монолитом или фильтрующим монолитом.
9. Катализатор-адсорбер NОх, содержащий композицию катализатора-адсорбера NОх по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором композицию катализатора экструдируют с образованием прямопроточной или фильтрующей подложки.
10. Система очистки выбросов для очистки потока выхлопного газа сгорания, содержащая двигатель внутреннего сгорания и катализатор-адсорбер NОх по любому из пп. 7-9.
11. Система очистки выбросов по п. 10, в которой двигатель внутреннего сгорания представляет собой дизельный двигатель.
12. Система очистки выбросов по п. 10 или 11, дополнительно содержащая систему катализатора селективного каталитического восстановления, фильтр мелких частиц, фильтрующую систему селективного каталитического восстановления, пассивный адсорбер NОх, систему трехмаршрутного катализатора или их комбинации.
13. Способ очистки выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания, в котором осуществляют приведение выхлопного газа в контакт с катализатором-адсорбером NОх по любому из пп. 7-9.
14. Способ очистки выхлопного газа из двигателя внутреннего сгорания по п. 13, в котором выхлопной газ находится при температуре приблизительно от 100 до 300°С.
15. Применение усилителя сохранения NОх для улучшения емкости низкотемпературного сохранения NОх носителя относительно эквивалентного носителя, который не содержит усилителя сохранения NОх.
16. Применение усилителя сохранения NОх для улучшения активности восстановления NОх носителя во время продувки богатой смесью относительно эквивалентного носителя, который не содержит усилителя сохранения NОх.
17. Применение усилителя сохранения NОх для улучшения селективности по N2 носителя во время продувки богатой смесью относительно эквивалентного носителя, который не содержит усилителя сохранения NОх.
18. Применение по любому из пп. 15-17, в котором усилитель сохранения NОх выбирают из группы, состоящей из скандия, иттрия, празеодима, прометия, самария, европия, гадолиния, тербия, диспрозия, гольмия, эрбия, туллия, иттербия, лютеция, стронция или их оксидов.
