Referido a un compuesto de formula I, incluida cualquiera de sus formas estereoquimicamente isomericas; donde A es a-1 o a-2; R1 es Cl, R2 es H, R3 es H, A es (a-1), R4 es pentafluorosulfanilo, R5 es H, Z es carbono, y R6 es H; o R1 es Cl, R2 es H, R3 es H, A es (a-1), R4 es trifluorometilo, R5 es H, Z es carbono, y R6 es metilo; entre otros. Estos compuestos son derivados de indolina sustituidos, siendo util para la prevencion o el tratamiento de infecciones virales por dengue. Tambien se refiere a procesos para la preparacion de dichos compuestos, compuestos intermedios y composiciones farmaceuticas de los mismos.
