Abstract
La invención proporciona composiciones y métodos para tratar enfermedades asociadas con la expresión de CD19, por ejemplo, mediante la administración de una célula T recombinante que comprende el CAR de CD19 tal como se describe en el presente documento, en combinación con uno o más inhibidores de células B, por ejemplo, inhibidores de una o más de CD10, CD20, CD22, CD34, CD123, FLT-3, ROR1, CD79b, CD179b, o CD79a. La invención también proporciona dominios de unión a antígeno novedosos y moléculas de CAR que se dirigen a CD20 y CD22 y usos, por ejemplo como monoterapia o en terapia de combinación.
