Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir espumas de poliuretano o de poliisocianurato que comprende la etapa de hacer reaccionar una composición (Z1), que comprende una composición (ZP) que comprende por lo menos un poliol y un catalizador que cataliza la formación de un enlace de uretano, urea o isocianurato, y un agente tensioactivo TD que tiene un valor de HLB inferior a 10 y ningún átomo de silicio, en donde la suma total de los agentes tensioactivos TD en la composición comprende de 0,05 a 10 partes por masa por 100 partes en masa de la comosición (ZP), con por lo menos un poliisocianato, en donde la etapa de la reacción tiene lugar en la presencia de un agente nucleante seleccionado de entre el grupo consistente en hidrocarburos perfluorados, ésteres que tienen por lo menos una parte de hidrocarbilo perfluorada y cetonas que tienen por lo menos una parte de hideocarbilo perfluorada, y de un agente de soplado, en donde el agente nucleante difiere del agente de soplado, y en donde el agente nucleante y el agente de soplado se mezclan de manera de obtener una composición (Z2) dicha composición (z2) se añade a dicha composición (Z1) antes de la etapa de reacción con por lo menos un poliisocianato. La presente invención se refiere también a una composición estabilizada (ZS) y también a un kit para preparar una composición estabilizada (ZS) para producir una espuma de poliuretano o de poliisocianurato, y a métodos para producir espumas de poliuretano o de poliisocianurato haciendo reaccionar una composición estabilizada de la presente invención y/o una composición estabilizada obtenida u obtenible de acuerdo con un método de la invención.
