Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para producir espumas rígidas de poliuretano o espumas rígidas de poliisocianurato que comprende la reacción de A) al menos un poliisocianato, B) al menos un polieterpoliol modificado con ácidos grasos, C) al menos un polieterpoliol, D) opcionalmente uno o varios polioles distintos de aquellos de los componentes B) y C), E) opcionalmente uno o varios retardantes de llama, F) uno o varios agentes de soplado, G) uno o varios catalizadores, y H) opcionalmente otros agentes auxiliares y/o agentes de mezcla, en donde el componente C) se obtiene por un proceso que comprende c1) reacción de ortotolilendiamina y opcionalmente otros coiniciadores con al menos un óxido de alquileno que comprende óxido de etileno, en donde el contenido de óxido de etileno es de más del 20% en peso, en base a la cantidad en peso de óxidos de alquileno y luego c2) reacción del producto de reacción de la etapa c1) con al menos un óxido de alquileno que comprende óxido de propileno, en donde el contenido de óxido de 1,2-propileno es de más del 20% en peso, en base a la cantidad en peso de óxidos de alquileno, en presencia de un catalizador. La invención también se refiere al componente de poliol que comprende los componentes B) y C) antes mencionados y opcionalmente O), E), E), G) y H).
