Abstract

Bloc de mousse polyuréthane/polyisocyanurate d’un massif d’isolation thermique d’une cuve et son procédé de préparation. La présente invention concerne un bloc de mousse de polyuréthane/polyisocyanurate fibrée (20) dans lequel le bloc de mousse comporte, suivant son épaisseur E, deux zones périphériques, l’une dite supérieure s’étendant à partir de la face supérieure du bloc et l’autre dite inférieure s’étendant à partir de la face inférieure du bloc, ces deux zones représentant chacune au plus 20% de l’épaisseur E du bloc et étant séparée par une zone dite intermédiaire ; et les zones périphériques, supérieure et inférieure, présentent respectivement une densité en fibres Tf sup. et Tf inf. de telle sorte que : 2/3 ≤ Tf sup. / Tf inf. ≤ 3/2 ; et la densité en fibres Tf int. de la zone intermédiaire est inférieure aux densités des zones périphériques, soit : Tf int. < Tf sup. et Tf int. < Tf inf..
