Abstract

광기록매체를 사용하여 재생하는 기록재생장치에 있어서, ROM형 디스크의 물리적 특징을 추출하여 암호화하고, 이 암호를 광디스크에 기록한다. 재생시에 이 암호를 평문화한 물리적 특징과 ROM 디스크에서 검출한 물리적 특징정보 등을 비교하여 일치하지 않을 경우에는 작동을 정지시킴에 따라 불법으로 복제된 디스크의 사용을 방지한다. 광기록매체(2)의 자기기록층(4)에 기록한 물리적 특징정보를 자기헤드(8)에 의하여 재생하여, 측정한 물리적 특징정보검지수단으로 측정한 정보와 대조함에 따라 복제매체를 검출한다.

  1. 정보가 피트로서 기록된 원반형 광기록매체(2)를 회전구동하는 수단(17)과, 광기록매체로 부터 기록정보를 판독하는 광헤드(6)와, 광헤드를 광기록매체의 반지름방향으로 이동할 수 있는 헤드 이동수단(23)과 광헤드로 판독된 정보를 처리하는 신호처리수단 등을 구비한 정보재생장치에 있어서 광기록매체의 적어도 피트의 2차원배치 또는 피트의 형상을 포함하는 물리적 특징을 나타내는 것으로서, 광기록매체의 제조시에 암호화되어 기록된 제1물리특징정보(532)를 광헤드 또는 자기헤드로 판독된 정보로 부터 검출하는 제1물리정보검지수단 (743,38,665)과, 제1물리특징정보를 해독하는 암호해독수단(534)과, 광기록매체의 물리적 특징을 측정하여 제2물리특징정보를 얻는 수(17a,6,38,703a)과 제2물리특징정보를 제1물리특징정보와 대조하여, 양자간에 특정의 관계가 있는지 없는지를 판단하는 대조수단(535)과, 대조수단에서 제2물리특징정보가 제1물리특징정보에 대하여 특정의 관계에 있지 않을때에는 광기록매체로 부터 판독된 특정의 프로그램의 동작을 정지하거나, 광기록매체로부터 그후의 정보의 판독을 정지하거나, 광기록매체로 부터 판독되는 정보의 신호처리수단에 의한 소정의 처리를 정지하는 제어수단(717,665) 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공개키이암호계 함수(695b,698b,735h)를 해독연산(698b,735s)에 사용하여 암호를 평문화하고, 제1물리특징정보를 포함하는 평문을 얻는 암호해독수단(534)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 좌표위치검출수단(335)에 의하여 광기록매체상의 광기록신호의 좌표위치를 검출함에 따라 제2물리특징정보를 얻는 제2물리특징정보검출수단을 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.

  8. 제5항에 있어서, 모터에 부착된 FG(17)의 회전펄스신호로 부터 회전을 검지하는 회전검지수단을 지닌 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 트래킹변위량검출수단(554)에 의하여 트래킹변위량을 검출함에 따라 제2물리특징정보를 검출하는 제2물리특징정보검출수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 인접하는 트래킹상에 있고, 또한 동일 각도상에 배치된 특정의 2가지 이상의 기록신호의 트랙변위량(554)과 상기 기록신호 각각의 배치각도를 각도위치검출수단(553)으로 검출함에 따라 제2물리특징정보를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 트래킹방향으로 분할된 여러개의 수광부(24b,24c)에 의하여 광기록층으로 부터의 반사광을 검출하여, 트래킹 오차신호를 얻는 트래킹량 검지수단(554)에 의하여 트래킹 변위량을 검출하는 트래킹 변위량검출수단(24a)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 특정의 기록신호의 피트깊이를 검출함에 따라, 제2물리특징정보를 검출하는 피트깊이 검지수단(555)을 제2물리특징정보검지수단의 중에 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 2치이상의 슬라이스레벨을 지닌 다치레벨 슬라이서(555b)를 사용하여 피트깊이의 얕은 피트영역을 검출하는 피트깊이 검지수단(555)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.

  19. 제1항에 있어서, 피트의 내압에 의하여 반사광량이 적은 제1저반사부(740)와 비피트부에 의한 제1반사부로 부터 반사율이 큰 고반사부(741)를 재생수단으로 검출함에 따라, 제1광기록신호를 재생하는 장치에 있어서 광기록신호영역(742)중에 설치되고, 또한 제 1저반사부보다 반사율이 낮은 제2저반사부(584)를 검출하는 제 1저반사부보다 낮은 반사광량의 제2저반사부를 검출하는 제2저반사부검지수단(586)의 검지신호에 기초하여 제2물리특징정보를 얻는 제2물리특징정보검지수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 2치 이상의 슬라이스레벨을 지닌 레벨슬라이서를 사용하고 제1광기록신호를 제1레벨슬라이서(386)에 있어서 제1슬라이스레벨에서 슬라이스함에 따라 제1광재생신호에서 제1디지털신호를 얻음과 동시에, 제2레벨슬라이서(586)에 있어서, 상기 제1슬라이스레벨보다 낮은 광량값의 재생신호에 대응하는 제2슬라이스레벨에서 재생신호를 슬라이스함에 따라 제2저반사부를 검출하는 제2저반사부검출수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 제2저반사부검출수단(586)의 제2저반사부 검사신호와, 재생수단(590)으로 검지된 제1 광재생신호의 정보에 기초하여, 제2저반사부의 위치 또한/또는 원주방향의 길이, 또한/또는 원주방향의 간격을 검출하는 제2저반사부위치검출수단(696)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.

  63. 제60항에 있어서, 공개키이암호함수로서 타원함수를 이용한 암호해독수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  64. 제59항에 있어서, 기록매체에 기록된 암호해독수단의 평문화함수를 재생하여 재생한 암호를 평문화함수로 평문화하는 암호해독수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  65. 제59항에 있어서, 장치의 불휘발성(RAM) 또는 ROM의 메모리부에 기억된 암호해독함수를 사용하여 기록매체로 부터 재생한 암호를, 암호평문화수단에서 평문화하고, 제1물리특징정보를 얻는 암호해독수단을 구 비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  66. 제65항에 있어서, 기록재생장치의 메모리부에 여러개의 평문화함수로 된 평문화함수집단이 기어되어 있으며, 재생한 암호를 평문화함수집단중에서 특정한 여러개의 함수로 평문화하여, 여러개의 평문집단을 얻어서, 평문집단이 모두 청상으로 평문화되었을 경우를 제외하고 정지명령을 출력 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  67. 제32항에 있어서, 기록재생장치에 접속된 정보처리장치중의 메모리부에 기억된 평문화함수를 사용하여 기록매체로 부터 재생한 암호를 평문화하여 제1물리특징정보를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  68. 제40항에 있어서, OS에 기억된 암호해독함수로 제1암호를 평문화하는 암호해독수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  69. 제32항에 있어서, 일방향성 함수로서 RSA함수를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  70. 원반형 광기록매체의 적어도 피트의 2차원배치 또는 피트의 형상을 포함하는 물리적 특징을 나타내는 제1물리특징정보(532)를 일방향성 함수를 이용하여 암호화하는 암호화수단(537)과, 암호화된 제1물리특징정보를 광기록매체에 기록되어야할 주정보와 식별할 수 있는 형태에서, 광기록매체에 또는 그 원반에 기록하는 기록수단(37,6,23,24,17,26,10) 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
  71. 제70항에 있어서, 암호화수단이 일방향성 함수로서 공개 키이 암호계함수를 이용하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  72. 제71항에 있어서, 공개키이암호계함수로서 RSA함수를 이용하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  73. 제71항에 있어서, 공개키이암호계함수로서 타원곡선함수를 이용하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 정보재생장치.
  74. 원반형 광기록매체의 적어도 피트의 2차원배치 또는 피트의 형상을 포함한 물리적 특징을 나타내는 제1물리특징정보(532)를 인식하는 스텝과, 제1물리특징정보를 일방향성 함수를 이용하여 암호화하는 스텝과, 암호화된 제1물리특징정보를 광기록매체에 기록하여야할 주정보와 식별가능한 형태로, 광기록매체 또는 그 원반에 기록하는 스텝 등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 원반형 광기록매체의 제조방법.
  75. 제74항에 있어서, 암호화하는 스텝이 일방향성 함수로서 공개키이암호계 함수를 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 원반형 광기록매체의 제조방법.
  76. 원반형 광기록매체의 적어도 피트의 2차원배치 또는 피트의 형상을 포함하는 물리적 특징을 나타내는 제1물리특징정보(532)가 인식되어, 제1물리특징정보가 일방향성 함수를 이용하여 암호화되었으며, 암호화된 제1물리특징정보를 광기록매체에 기록하여야할 주정보와 식별할 수 있는 형태로, 광기록매체 또는 그 원반에 기록하는 과정을 거쳐 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 원반형 광기록매체.
  77. 제75항에 있어서, 일방향성 함수로서, 공개키이암호계함수를 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 원반형 광기록매체.

  82. 제77항에 있어서, 제1물리특징정보로서 원반형 광기록매체의 피트깊이의 변위량정보를 포함한 물리적 특징을 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  83. 제77항에 있어서, 제1물리특징정보로서 원반형광기록매체의 피트의 존재에 의하여 고반사율부와 저반사율부를 지닌 기록영역중에 있고, 또한 저반사부보다 낮은 반사율을 지닌 제2저반사부의 배치정보를 포함한 물리적 특징을 이용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  84. 제77항에 있어서, 제1물리특징정보로서 원반형 광기록매체의 인접하는 트랙의 피트배열이 같은 배열인 영역의 배치정보를 포함한 물리적 특징을 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  85. 제77항에 있어서, 제1물리특징정보로서 원반형 광기록매체의 특정한 오류신호를 포함한 신호가 기록된 피트집단의 배치정보률 포함한 물리적 특징을 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  86. 제77항에 있어서, 제1물리특징정보로서 원반형 광기록매체의 특정한 부호의 변조신호를 포함한 신호가 기록된 피트집단의 배치정보를 포함한 물리적 특징을 이용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 광기록매체.
  87. 원반형 광기록매체의 적어도 피트의 2차원 배치 또는 피트형상을 포함한 물리적 특징을 나타내는 것으로서, 광기록매체의 제조시에 일방향성 함수를 이용하여 암호화되어 기록된 제1물리특징정보(532)를 광기록매체로 부터 판독된 정보에서 검출하는 스텝과, 제1물리특징정보를 해독하는 암호해독스텝과, 광기록매체의 물리적 특징을 특정하여 제2물리특징정보를 얻는 스텝과, 제2물리특징정보를 제1물리특징정보와 대조하여 양자사이에 특정한 관계가 있는지 없는지를 판단하는 대조스텝과, 대조스텝에서 제2물리특징정보가 제1물리특징정보에 대하여 특정한 관계에 있지 않을때는, 광기록 매체로 부터 판독된 특정의 프로그램의 동작을 정지하던가, 광기록매체로 부터 그다음 정보의 판독을 정지하던가, 광기록매체로 부터 판독되는 정보의 신호처리에 의한 소정의 처리를 정지하는 스텝 등을 구비한 원반형 광기록매체의 불법복사 또는 원반형 광기록매체정보를 특징으로 하는 불법설치 방지방법.
  88. 원반형 광기록매체의 적어도 피트의 2차원배치 또는 피트형상을 포함하는 물리적 특징을 나타내는 제1물리특징정보(532)를 인식하여 제1물리특징정보를 광기록매체에 기록하여야할 주정보와 식별할 수 있는 형태에서, 광기록매체 또는 그 원반에 기록함에 따라 제조된 광기록매체로 부터 제1물리특징정보(532)를 검출하는 스텝과 제1물리특징정보를 해독하는 암호해독스텝과, 광기록매체의 물리적 특징을 측정하여 제2물리특징정보를 얻는 스텝과, 제2물리특징정보를 제1물리특징정보와 대조하여 양자사이에 특정한 관계가 있는지 없는지를 판단하는 대조스텝과, 대조스텝에서 제2물리특징정보가 판독된 특정의 프로그램의 동작을 정지하던가, 광기록매체에서 그다음 정보의 판독을 정지하던가, 광기록매체로 부터 판독된 정보의 신호처리수단에 의한 소정의 처리를 정지하는 스텝 등을 구비한 광기록매체의 불법복사 또는 광기록 매체의 정보를 특징으로 하는 불법설치 방지방법.
