제5도 내지 7도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예의 소오스배선 단자부의 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 절연성기판상에 형성되고 게이트 절연층을 가지는 역스태거형의 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이, 이 비정질실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이의 게이트 전극끼리를 연결하는 게이트 배선, 및 소오소 전극끼리를 연결하는 소오스배선을 가지며, 상기 게이트 절여층을 소오스 배선단자부의 하층에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판.
  2. 절연성 기판상에 형성하고 게이트절연층을 가지는 역스태거형의 비정질실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이, 이 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이의 게이트전극끼리를 연결하는 게이트 배선, 및 소오스 전극 끼리를 연결하는 소오스 배선을 적어도 가지고 형성되는 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 게이트 절연층을 게이트 배선단자부이외의 부분에 피착 형성하는 공정과, 소오스 배선단자부를 상기 게이트 절연층상에 피착 형성하는 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이기판의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 절연층을 형성할때에, 게이트 배선단자부를 마스크하고, 소오스 배선단자부를 마스크하지 않는 형상을 가진 메탈 마스크를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 어레이 기판의 제조방법.
