제2도는 제1도에 따른 실시예장치를 실제로 기판에다 고정시킨 상태를 나타낸 측면도.
제3도는 제조공정도중에 있는 실시예장치를 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 한쪽면에다 방열부재(12)가 파묻혀진 패키지(11)와, 이 패키지(11)의 일면에서 이어져 나온 다수개의 외부리이드(13)를 갖춘 반도체장치에 있어서, 상기 다수의 외부리이드(13)중 최소한 끝부분에 위치하는 외부리이드(13)에 돌기부가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부리이드(13)에 설치된 돌기부는 패키지(11)에 파묻힌 방열부재(12)의 방열면에 대해서 평행인 방향으로 뻗은 돌기부(15)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 외부리이드(13)가 패키지(11)의 일면에서 물새발 형상으로 이어져 나와 두줄로 배열되고, 이 외부리이드(13)에 설치된 돌기부는 패키지(11)의 방열부재(12)가 설치되는 방향으로 뻗은 돌기부(14)로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
