Abstract
Description
Claims (43)
- a) 경화 가능한 합금강으로 만들어진 강판에 연속적인 코팅 공정으로 코팅을 적용하며,b) 상기 코팅은 아연을 포함하고;c) 상기 코팅은, 전체 코팅에 대해 0.1 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 하나 또는 그 이상의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들을 포함하며;d) 상기 코팅된 강판은 적어도 일 영역에서 - 대기중 산소가 공급된 상태에서- 경화에 필요한 온도에서 경화에 필요한 미세 구조의 변화가 생길 때까지 가열되고;e) 상기 코팅 위에, 산소 친화도가 큰 원소(들)의 산화물을 포함하는 표면 막이 형성되며;f) 상기 강판은 가열 전 또는 후에 성형되고;g) 상기 강판은 충분히 가열된 후에 냉각되고, 상기 냉각률은 합금강의 경화를 달성할 수 있도록 계산되는; 음극 방식(防蝕) 수단을 갖는 경화 강판 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,혼합물에 사용되는 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들은, 마그네슘 및/또는 실리콘 및/또는 티타늄 및/또는 칼슘 및/또는 알루미늄 및/또는 망간 및/또는 붕소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 용융 도금 공정에 의해 적용되며, 아연 및 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들을 포함하는 혼합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 코팅은 전기분해에 의해 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전기분해 코팅에서는, 첫째 아연층이 증착되고, 다음으로 두번째 단계에서 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들이 먼저 증착된 아연층 위에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 강판의 표면에 먼저 아연층이 전기분해로 증착되고, 다음으로 산소 친화도가 큰 원소를 포함하는 코팅이 상기 아연 표면 위에 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 산소 친화도가 큰 원소(들)은 다른 적당한 방법에 의해 기화되거나 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,0.2 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,0.26 중량% 내지 2.5 중량%의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,산소 친화도가 큰 원소로서 알루미늄이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 혼합물은, 가열 중 상기 코팅이 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들의 산화물을 포함하는 산화막을 형성하고 상기 코팅은 아연이 풍부한 상 및 철이 풍부한 상을 포함하는 적어도 2개 이상의 상을 포함하도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 철이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 최대 0. 95(Zn/Fe ≤ 0.95), 바람직하게는 0.20 내지 0.80(Zn/Fe = 0.20 내지 0.80)이며, 상기 아연이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 적어도 2.0(Zn/Fe ≥ 2.0), 바람직하게는 2.3 내지 19.0(Zn/Fe = 2.3 내지 19.0)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 철이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 약 30:70이고, 상기 아연이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 약 80:20인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅은 아연 함량이 90% 이상인 개별 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 코팅은 최초 두께가 15㎛이고 경화 공정 이후 적어도 4 J/cm2의 음극 보호 작용을 하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,아연과 산소 친화도가 큰 원소(들)을 포함하는 상기 코팅은, 425℃ 내지 690℃ 사이의 온도에서 액체 금속욕을 통과한 후, 상기 강판이 냉각됨으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,아연과 산소 친화도가 큰 원소(들)을 포함하는 상기 코팅은, 440℃ 내지 495℃ 사이의 온도에서 액체 금속욕을 통과한 후, 상기 강판이 냉각됨으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 강판은 유도 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 강판은 다이에서 유도 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 강판은 복사 가열로에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각은 성형 다이에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각은 냉각 성형 다이에 의한 성형 공정 중 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각은 상기 성형 다이에서의 성형 공정 후 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각은 성형 강판이 가열 후 삽입되는 형 경화 다이(form hardening die)에서 실행되며, 상기 성형 강판 및 대응되는 형상을 가지고 냉각된 형 경화 다이 사이에서 형상-잠금 결합(form-lock engagement)이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가열 및 냉각 공정은 형 경화 다이에서 실행되고, 상기 가열 공정은 유도적으로 실행되며, 유도 가열 후 상기 성형 다이가 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 부품의 성형 및 경화 공정은 압연 성형기에 의해 실행되며; 상기 코팅된 강판은 적어도 일부에서 오스테나이트화 온도까지 가열되고, 가열 전, 중 및/또는 후에 압연되며, 그 후 합금강을 경화시키는 냉각률로 압연 성형 다이에서 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 강판에 적용된 이후 산소가 제공된 상태에서 열처리 되며, 아연 및 전체 혼합물에 대하여 0.1 중량% 내지 15 중량%의 적어도 하나 또는 그 이상의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소를 포함하며; 표면에 산소 친화도가 큰 원소(들)의 산화물을 포함하는 산화막을 포함하고, 적어도 2개의 상을 포함하며; 아연이 풍부한 상 및 철이 풍부한 상이 형성되는, 경화 단계를 거치는 강판의 방식 코팅.
- 제27항에 있어서,마그네슘 및/또는 실리콘 및/또는 티타늄 및/또는 칼슘 및/또는 알루미늄 및/또는 붕소 및/또는 망간의 혼합물의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 또는 제28항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,용융 도금 공정(hot dippig process)을 이용하여 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하 는 방식 코팅.
- 제29항에 있어서,하나 또는 그 이상의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소를 포함하는 혼합물 및 아연으로 구성되는 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 또는 제28항에 있어서,전기분해 증착 공정을 이용하여 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제31항에 있어서,아연과 동시에 하나 또는 그 이상의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소의 전기 분해 증착에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제31항에 있어서,먼저 아연이 전기 분해 증착되고, 이어서 하나 또는 그 이상의 산소 친화도가 큰 원소가 다른 적당한 방법으로 기화 또는 증착되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제1항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산소 친화도가 큰 원소의 전체 양은 전체 코팅에 대하여 0.1 내지 15.0 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산소 친화도가 큰 원소의 전체 양은 전체 코팅에 대하여 0.02 내지 0.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제33항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산소 친화도가 큰 원소의 전체 양은 전체 코팅에 대하여 0.6 내지 2.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제36항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 산소 친화도가 큰 원소로서 알루미늄이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제37항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 철이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 최대 0. 95(Zn/Fe ≤ 0.95), 바람직하게는 0.20 내지 0.80(Zn/Fe = 0.20 내지 0.80)이며, 상기 아연이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 적어도 2.0(Zn/Fe ≥ 2.0), 바람직하게는 2.3 내지 19.0(Zn/Fe = 2.3 내지 19.0)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제38항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 철이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 약 30:70이고, 상기 아연이 풍부한 상은 철에 대한 아연의 비율이 약 80:20인 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제39항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,아연 함량이 90 중량% 이상인 개별 영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제40항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,최초 두께가 15㎛이며, 적어도 4 J/cm2의 음극 보호 에너지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방식 코팅.
- 제27항 내지 제41항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방식 코팅을 가지는, 제1항 내지 제27항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 이용하여 제조된 경화 강판 부품.
- 제42항에 있어서,다음의 농도 범위(중량%) 내의 적어도 하나의 합금 원소를 가지고 0.15mm 이상의 두께를 가지는 냉간 또는 열간 압연 강판 밴드(steel band)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 강판 부품:탄소 0.4 이하, 바람직하게는 0.15 내지 0.3,실리콘 1.9 이하, 바람직하게는 0.11 내지 1.5,망간 3.0 이하, 바람직하게는 0.8 내지 2.5,크롬 1.5 이하, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 0.9,몰리브덴 0.9 이하, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 0.5,니켈 0.9 이하,티타늄 0.2 이하, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.1,바나듐 0.2 이하,텅스텐 0.2 이하,알루미늄 0.2 이하, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.07,붕소 0.01 이하, 바람직하게는 0.0005 내지 0.005,황 최대 0.01, 바람직하게는 최대 0.008,인 최대 0.025, 바람직하게는 최대 0.01,나머지는 철과 불순물.
