본 발명은 활성성분으로서, 멜라토닌, 징코 빌로바, 및 비오틴 조합체를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 조성물은 모발에의 국소적 적용을 위한 제제를 제조하는 데 특히 적절하다.
모발 성장에 유익한 영향을 주기 위한 멜라토닌의 용도는 알려져 있다. 멜라토닌은 모발의 성장을 조절하는 모낭의 증식 세포와 선택적으로 상호작용함으로써 모발 성장에 대한 자극 효과를 갖는다.
미국 특허 제 5,952,373호는, 피부의 트리트먼트 방법을 기술하고 있는데, 이 방법은, 한 가지 이상의 플라보노이드를 유효 성분으로 포함하는 조성물을 도포하는 과정을 포함한다. 모발 성장을 위한 유효 성분으로서 멜라토닌을 이용한다는 것은 언급되어 있지 않다.

본 발명에 이르게 된 연구 과정에서, 징코 빌로바 및 비오틴을 멜라토닌과 함께 사용하여 첨가하면, 멜라토닌의 효과가 강화되고, 두피면에 대한 멜라토닌의 유지가 증가된다는 사실이 놀랍게도 밝혀졌다.
따라서, 본 발명의 일 태양은, (a) 멜라토닌 또는 그 유도체, (b) 징코 빌로바 추출물 및/또는 한 가지 이상의 그 구성성분 및 (c) 비오틴을 유효 성분으로 포함하는 조성물이다. 이 조성물은 바람직하게는, 약학 및/또는 화장료 용도, 구체적으로, 두피에 적용하기에 적절한 국소용 제제이다.
본 발명의 조성물은, 활성 성분들의 조합체를 포함한다. 본 조합물의 제 1 성분은 멜라토닌 또는 멜라토닌 유도체이다. 멜라토닌 유도체는 바람직하게는, 5-메톡시트립타민, 5-메톡시트립토판, 5-메톡시트립토폴, 5-메톡시인돌-3-아세트산 및 6-히드록시멜라토닌으로부터 선택된다. 상기 물질들 외에, 생리학적으로 허용가능한 염, 에스테르, 및 이들의 착화합물을 채용하는 것도 가능하다.

바람직하게는, 1 회 적용 시, 약 0.0001 mg 내지 약 10 mg, 바람직하게는 약 0.01 mg 내지 약 1 mg의 멜라토닌 또는 멜라토닌 유도체를 투여한다.
본 발명의 조성물의 3 가지 유효 구성 성분은, 모발 성장을 촉진하는 효과 프로파일을 나타내며, 노화로부터의 보호 효과를 제공하며, 모발 두께를 개선시키며, 그리고/또는 텔로젠 속도를 감소시킨다. 모낭에 대한 멜라토닌의 효과는, 징코 빌로바 및 비오틴과의 조합에 의해 놀랍게 향상된다. 따라서, 매우 낮은 농도, 예를 들면 1 회 적용 당 약 0.001 - 10 mg, 바람직하게는 약 0.01 - 1mg의 멜라토닌이라도 만족스러운 효과로 채용할 수 있다.

수성 담체 시스템, 즉, 수분 함량이 50 중량 % 또는 그 이상, 특히 60 중량% 또는 그 이상인 담체 시스템을 이용하는 것이 바람직하다. 수성 담체 시스템의 pH는 바람직하게는 pH 3 내지 pH 6, 구체적으로, 바람직하게는 pH 3.5 내지 4 범위로 조정한다.

적절한 담체 시스템 내의 징코 빌로바 및 비오틴으로 멜라토닌을 처리하면, 부가적으로 멜라토닌의 흡수를 예방 또는 지연시키는 결과를 가져올 수 있다. 이로써 정상의 인간 혈장 레벨은 영향을 받지 않는다. 또한, 활성 성분이 더욱더 오래 지속되는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

리포좀, 나노좀 또는 아가로스와 같은 고체 포집 담체와 같은 특정 제형 시스템의 이용에 있어서, 한 가지 이상의 활성 성분, 특히 모든 활성 성분의 제어된 절달을 허용하는 조성물을 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명의 조성물은, 약학 및/또는 화장료 적용, 예를 들면 모발에의 적용에 특히 적합하다. 본 조성물은 용액, 현탁액, 에멀션, 마이크로에멀션, 나노시스템, 크림, 겔, 로션, 스프레이, 폼(foam) 또는 연고의 형태, 또는 국소 적용에 적절한 기타 형태일 수 있다. 이들은 일반적으로, 튜브, 병, 분무병, 패치, 스폰지 및 직물 또는 플라스틱 담체, 및 모발 적용에 적절한 기타 시스템으로부터 선택되는 포장 또는 도포 시스템 내에 채용된다. 특히 바람직한 포장 시스템은, 일회 도포를 위한 단위 투여량을 제공하는 일회-투여용 앰풀이다. 앰풀은 다양한 재료, 예를 들면 유리 또는 플라스틱으로부터 제조될 수 있다. 플라스틱 앰풀은 안전하고 만족스러운 취급이 가능하기 때문에, 플라스틱 앰풀이 특히 바람직하다.
활성 성분 외에, 본 발명의 조성물은 하나 이상의 화장료 및/또는 약학적 부형제 또는 첨가물, 예를 들면, 증점제, 미네랄, 오일, 비타민, 예를 들면 비타민 A, 특히 레티노산 또는 향료를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 조합 제제는, 특히 저녁에 도포되는 것이 바람직하며, 특히 밤 동안 그 효과를 나타낸다. 이러한 형태의 적용으로써, 본 조성물의 효과는 특히 강하다. 본 발명의 조성물은, 모낭의 자극 및 모발 성장에 대한 유익한 영향에 특히 적절하다.

본 발명의 조성물은, 모발 성장의 촉진, 특히 남자 또는 여자의 탈모증의 예방 및/또는 치료에 이용될 수 있다. 특히 바람직한 증상으로는, 남성형 안드로겐성 탈모증, 여성형 안드로겐성 탈모증, 남성형 확산성 탈모 및 여성형 확산성 탈모이다.

실시예 : 활성 성분으로 멜라토닌, 징코 빌로바 및 비오틴을 갖는 본 발명의 조성물의 구성
본 조성물은 징코 빌로바 건조 추출물 0.05 중량%, 비오틴 0.01 중량%, 멜라토닌 0.0033 중량% 및 부가적인 추출물, 물 및 에탄올을 포함한다. 본 조성물의 pH는 3.5 내지 4이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 활성 성분으로서,
    (a) 멜라토닌 또는 그 유도체,
    (b) 징코 빌로바 및
    (c) 비오틴
    을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 5-메톡시트립타민, 5-메톡시트립토판, 5-메톡시트립토폴, 5-메톡시인돌-3-아세트산 및 6-히드록시멜라토닌으로부터 선택되는 멜라토닌 유도체 또는 멜라토닌, 및 생리학적으로 허용가능한 염, 에스테르 및 그 착화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 건조 추출물 형태의 징코 빌로바 및/또는 한 가지 이상의 그 구성 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 성분의 농도는, 각각의 경우에, 조성물 총중량을 기준으로 0.001 중량% 내지 1 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성 성분은 액상의 용액 및/또는 분산액, 반고체 또는 고체 담체 시스템으로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한 가지 이상의 활성 성분의 제어된 전달을 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약학적 적용 및/또는 화장료 적용을 위한 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 국소용 제제인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 모발용인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 한 가지 이상의 활성 성분의 경피적 흡수가 제어가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액, 현탁액, 에멀션, 마이크로에멀션, 나노시스템, 크림, 겔, 로션, 스프레이, 폼(foam) 또는 연고 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 또는 유리로 만들어진 1회 투여용 앰풀, 튜브, 병, 분무병, 패치, 스펀지 및 직물 또는 플라스틱 담체로부터 선택되는 포장 또는 적용 시스템 내에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 징코 빌로바 및 비오틴의 첨가를 통하여 멜라토닌의 모낭-자극 효과를 증진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의, 모발 성장 촉진 용도.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서, 탈모증의 예방 및/또는 치료용 제제의 생산에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서, 남성의 탈모증 치료용인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  17. 제 15 항에 있어서, 여성의 탈모증 치료용인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  18. 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1회 적용 당 멜라토닌 0.001 mg 내지 10 mg을 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  19. 제 18 항에 있어서, 1회 적용 당 멜라토닌 0.01 mg 내지 1 mg을 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
