本発明は、局所的に有効な用量に相当するが、しかし、体系的な作用を引き起こさない、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の単独用量を有する、局所的適用時の医薬品または化粧薬品のための使い捨て容器に関する。
メラトニン含有薬品は、異なる医学的使用目的および化粧術的使用目的に使用されることができる。ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願第１０１１０４１８．９号には、例えば皮膚上および毛髪中への局所的使用のためのメラトニン含有組成物が開示されている。
本発明の対象は、局所的に有効な用量に相当するが、しかし、体系的な作用を引き起こさない、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の単独用量を有する、局所的適用時の医薬品または化粧薬品のための使い捨て容器に関する。
本発明による使い捨て容器は、局所的に作用するが、しかし、標準のメラトニン血漿濃度の望ましくない変化を引き起こさない、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の用量の適用を可能にする。本発明により適用される、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の単独用量は、例えばメラトニン血漿濃度の重大な上昇を引き起こさない。
本発明の範囲内で使用される”メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体”の概念は、メラトニンまたは／およびメラトニン誘導体ならびにその塩、エステルまたは複合体化合物を含む。好ましいメラトニン誘導体は、例えば５−メトキシトリプタミン、５−メトキシトリプトファン、５−メトキシトリプトフォール（5-Methoxytryptophol）、５−メトキシインドール−酢酸および６−ヒドロキシメラトニンを含む。
本発明による単独用量は、プラスの化粧術的作用または／および治療的作用を血漿濃度の重大な変化なしに可能にする用量である。本発明によれば、好ましいのは、メラトニン約０．００１〜約１．０ｍｇの単独用量、よりいっそう好ましいのは、メラトニン約０．０１〜約０．２ｍｇの単独用量である。薬品の使用範囲または使用目的に応じて、毎日１回またはそれ以上単独用量を適用することができる。１つの好ましい実施態様において、単独用量は、日用量に相当し、特に好ましくは、夕方に使用することができる日用量に相当する。
医薬品または化粧薬品は、好ましくは液状調製物として存在する。薬品の局所的投与には、例えば溶液、懸濁液、乳濁液、マイクロエマルジョン、ナノ系、クリーム剤、ゲル剤、ローション、スプレー剤、フォーム剤または軟膏が適しており、ならびに局所的に投与されることができる別の調製物も適している。特に好ましいのは、化粧液の形の薬品である。
本発明による使い捨て容器中に含まれている医薬品または化粧薬品は、使用目的に応じて、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の種々の濃度を有することができる。好ましくは、この薬品は、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体約０．００１〜約０．０１％（質量）、よりいっそう好ましくは約０．００３〜０．００４％（質量）の濃度を有する。特に好ましい濃度は、約０．００３３％（質量）である。
１つの好ましい実施態様において、治療的薬品または化粧薬品は、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体を唯一の作用物質として含有する。しかし、さらにこの薬品は、付加的に１つ以上の他の作用物質、例えばビタミンＡ、ビタミンＡ−酸またはビタミンＡの別の誘導体、ビオチンまたは／およびイチョウを含有することができる。
１つの好ましい実施態様において、医薬品または化粧薬品は、作用物質としてメラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体とビオチンまたは／およびイチョウとの組合せ物を含有する。この実施態様における作用物質は、種々の用量で存在することができる。この組合せ物の特に好ましい用量は、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体約０．０５〜約０．２ｍｇ、特に有利に約０．１ｍｇ、ビオチン約０．２〜約０．４ｍｇ、特に有利に約０．３ｍｇおよびイチョウ約１．３〜約１．７ｍｇ、特に有利に約１．５ｍｇである。この場合、イチョウは、例えば抽出物、例えば乾燥抽出物として含有されていてもよいかまたは／および１つ以上の内容物質の形で含有されていてもよい。
更に、好ましい実施態様において、薬品は、作用物質としてメラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体とビタミンＡ、ビタミンＡ−酸またはビタミンＡの別の誘導体との組合せ物を含有する。この好ましい作用物質の組合せ物において、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の用量は、メラトニン約０．０５〜０．２ｍｇ、特に有利に約０．１ｍｇである。
更に、医薬品または化粧薬品は、１つ以上の化粧術的助剤または添加剤または／および製薬学的助剤または添加剤、例えば濃稠化剤、鉱物または芳香剤を含有することができる。
本発明による組成物は、毛髪の成長の促進のため、殊に男性または女性の場合の脱毛症の予防または／および治療のために使用されることができる。特に好ましい適用症は、男性のタイプのアンドロゲン性脱毛症、女性のタイプのアンドロゲン性脱毛症、男性のタイプの広汎性脱毛症および女性のタイプの広汎性脱毛症である。
本発明による使い捨て容器は、意図される適用または使用目的に応じて医薬品または化粧薬品の異なる容量を有することができる。１つの好ましい実施態様において、使い捨て容器は、薬品約２．５〜約３．５ｍｌ、有利に約２．９〜約３．２ｍｌを有する。特に好ましい容量は、約３．０ｍｌである。

前記の使い捨て容器は、望ましい目視的外観に応じて、透明、非透明、無色または有色であることができる。プラスチックには、有色の容器を得るために、例えば任意の着色剤が混入されていてよい。非透明の容器は、有利に薬品が感光性物質を含有する場合に使用される。それというのも、その上、非透明の容器により光安定性を達成させることができるからである。
本発明による使い捨て容器は、本質的に任意の形を有することができる。好ましい容器のための例は、図１および２に示されている。有利に、適当な使い捨て容器は、薬品を含有する部分と破壊予定位置によって下部と結合されている使い捨て容器蓋とを有する。
好ましくは、前記容器を使用する場合の簡単で確実な取り扱いは、容器が有利に回転によって開放することができる使い捨て容器蓋を頭部に有することによって保証される。それによって、前記の容器は、簡単に開放することができる。更に、前記薬品は、開放後に使用の場合にのみ圧力によって流出しうる。この圧力は、例えば使用の際に手で加えることができる。この性質は、使用者に薬品を意図的に位置決めし、良好に計量供給することを可能にする。前記薬品を頭皮または毛髪上に適用する場合には、開放した容器を櫛のように直接毛髪に導通させることができる。これは、容器の簡単で確実な取り扱いならびに薬品の正確な計量供給を可能にする。
前記の使い捨て容器には、使用目的に応じて刻印または印刷によって説明されているかまたは／およびラベルが貼られている。
更に、２個以上の使い捨て容器は、互いに分離可能であるように結合されていてよい。好ましくは、５個または１０個の容器が互いに結合されており、１つのユニットを形成している。更に、１つの容器または容器のユニットは、好ましくは遮光性の包装品、特に有利に例えばアルミニウム袋中に包装されていてよい。
本明細書中で使用されるような”アルミニウム袋”の概念には、アルミニウムからなる袋ならびに例えば外面または内面がアルミニウムで被覆されている袋が含まれる。例えば、プラスチックおよび／または紙の１つ以上の層からなる袋は、アルミニウムで被覆されていてよい。好ましい袋は、例えばアルミニウムを有する貼り合わせフィルムを有し、このフィルムは、付加的にポリエチレン、ポリエステルまたは／および紙を有する。
包装品、殊に遮光性の包装品は、薬品の作用の損失なしに、長時間に亘って貯蔵を可能にする。更に、このような包装品は、ガス損失からの保護を提供することができる。
１つ以上の使い捨て容器が包装されているアルミニウム袋は、使用目的に応じて、印刷がなされていてよいかまたは／およびラベルが貼られていてよい。
更に、本発明の実施態様において、使い捨て容器の多数のユニットを含む包装品ユニットが提供される。
更に、本発明は、図１および２ならびに実施例の記載により詳説される。
実施例
例１：作用物質メラトニン、イチョウおよびビオチンを有する本発明による調製物の組成物。
この組成物は、イチョウの乾燥抽出物０．０５質量％、ビオチン０．０１質量％、メラトニン０．００３３質量％ならびに他の添加剤、水およびエタノールを含有する。この組成物のｐＨ値は、３．５〜４である。
例２：臨床的研究
例１に記載された組成物を確率化された二重空試験においてプラシーボ対照と交叉試験計画法で８人の健康な女性の患者について試験した。日用量は、メラトニン０．１ｍｇであり（組成物３ｍｌ）、これは、１４日間毎日、就寝前に頭皮に塗布された。
患者の尿および血液を捕集し、メラトニンまたは代謝産物６−ヒドロキシメラトニンスルフェートを測定した。
メラトニンまたはプラシーボで処置された女性患者のメラトニン血漿プロフィールが内因性メラトニンのための刊行物に記載の濃度−時間−プロフィールに相当することを見出した。これは、メラトニン含有組成物の局所的適用により、１４日間、内因性メラトニン分泌が変化しないことを証明する。
前記組成物の１４日間の投与は、血漿中のメラトニン濃度の上昇を全く生じないかまたは生理的濃度を超えるような尿中の６−ヒドロキシメラトニンスルフェートの濃度の上昇を全く生じない。メラトニン含有組成物の局所的適用は、副作用と関連していなかった。また、反応時間または皮質性の興奮パラメーターに対する作用は、全く見出されなかった。
総じて、前記組成物の投与により、体系的な作用は誘発されないことを確認することができた。
１つの好ましい形状を有する、５個の分離可能に結合された使い捨て容器のユニットを示す略図。１Ａは、正面図を示し、１Ｂは、平面図を示し、１Ｃは、側面図を示し、１Ｄは、上方から斜めに見た斜視図を示す。 好ましい形状を有する個々の使い捨て容器を示す正面図。２Ｂは、１０個の分離可能に結合された使い捨て容器のユニットを示す正面図であり、２Ｃは、側面図を示し、２Ｄは、同じユニットを示す平面図である。

Claims (29)

  1. 局所的に有効な用量に相当するが、しかし、体系的な作用を引き起こさない、メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の単独用量を含有する局所的適用のための医薬品または化粧薬品のための使い捨て容器。
  2. メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の単独用量が、０．００１〜１．０ｍｇである、請求項１記載の容器。
  3. メラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体の単独用量が、０．０１〜０．２ｍｇである、請求項１または２記載の容器。
  4. 単独用量が日用量に相応する、請求項１から３までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  5. 薬品が液状調製物として存在する、請求項１から４までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  6. 液状調製物がメラトニン０．００１〜０．０１％（質量）の濃度を有する、請求項５記載の容器。
  7. 液状調製物がメラトニン０．００３〜０．００４％（質量）の濃度を有する、請求項６記載の容器。
  8. 薬品が唯一の作用物質としてメラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体を含有する、請求項１から７までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  9. 薬品が作用物質としてメラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体とビオチンまたは／およびイチョウとの組合せ物を含有する、請求項１から７までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  10. 薬品が作用物質としてメラトニンまたはメラトニン誘導体とビタミンＡ、ビタミンＡ−酸またはビタミンＡの別の誘導体との組合せ物を含有する、請求項１から７までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  11. 容器が薬品２．５〜３．５ｍｌを有する、請求項１から１０までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  12. 容器が薬品２．９〜３．２ｍｌを有する、請求項１１記載の容器。
  13. 薬品がＧＭＰ条件下で注入されている、請求項１から１２までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  14. 容器がプラスチックからなる、請求項１から１３までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  15. 容器がポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレンまたはこれらの混合物からなる、請求項１４記載の容器。
  16. 容器が無色である、請求項１から１５までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  17. 容器が有色である、請求項１から１５までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  18. 容器が透明である、請求項１から１７までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  19. 容器が非透明である、請求項１から１７までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  20. 容器が回転によって開放することができる使い捨て栓を頭部に有する、請求項１から１９までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  21. 開放後に薬品が使用の場合にのみ圧力によって流出する、請求項１から２０までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  22. 容器が印刷または刻印によって説明されているかまたは／およびラベルが貼られている、請求項１から２１までのいずれか１項に記載の容器。
  23. 請求項１から２２までのいずれか１項に記載の互いに分離可能に結合されている多数の容器を備えたユニット。
  24. ５個の容器が互いに分離可能に結合されている、請求項２３記載のユニット。
  25. １０個の容器が互いに分離可能に結合されている、請求項２３記載のユニット。
  26. ユニットがアルミニウム袋中に包装されている、請求項２３から２５までのいずれか１項に記載のユニット。
  27. 前記袋がアルミニウムを含有する貼り合わせフィルムからなり、付加的にポリエチレン、ポリエステルまたは／および紙を含む、請求項２６記載のユニット。
  28. アルミニウム袋に印刷がなされているかまたは／およびラベルが貼られている、請求項２６または２７記載のユニット。
  29. 請求項２３から２８までのいずれか１項に記載の多数のユニットを含む包装品ユニット。
