Description
The present invention relates to a lid for cooking pots, in which moisture and seasonings contained in the cooking liquor are evaporated by a heat source heated during cooking, thereby preventing water droplets from being retained by condensation on the lid ceiling due to convection In addition to the loss of the seasoning, the lid is opened so that it is prevented from flowing down because there is no such thing.
The pot used for cooking by the present heating is curved downward from the center to the edge side so that the heat generated during heating and the moisture contained in the heat are circulated by the convection phenomenon and heated to a uniform temperature.
However, at this time, water contained in the heat is condensed due to the temperature difference between the lid and the pot body, and water drops are formed.
Therefore, the water drops flow from the center of the lid to the outer edge of the lid. At this time, the seasoning contained in the steam is condensed at the same time and flows to the outer rim of the lid. As the ridges are leaked to the upper rim of the pot body, .
In addition, because of this phenomenon, the seasoned spices that have been accurately injected are escaped to give a taste, and a problem that a desired taste can not be obtained occurs.
In addition, when the lid is opened without dropping the water droplets formed on the ceiling of the lid due to this phenomenon, these droplets fall on the floor.
Recently, it has been proposed that the applicant of the present invention projects a droplet on a ceiling of a lid to easily drop water droplets formed on the ceiling of a lid by a droplet. However, a disadvantage of such a droplet is that the droplet finally formed moves from the center to the outer rim There is a problem that it can not be completely prevented.
Therefore, the present invention is intended to solve the conventional problem by allowing water droplets generated during the convection of the rising air current to fall on the ceiling of the lid without being moved from the center to the outer rim.
In addition, it does not interfere with the convection phenomenon and causes the water droplets to be uniformly generated in the ceiling of the lid, so that no vortex occurs during the convection.
For this purpose, a protrusion having a water droplet flow restriction surface is formed on the ceiling of the lid from the center to the outer edge side, and the water drops drop immediately when the moisture contained in the convection flow is formed by the water droplet flow restriction surface.
In addition, in order to prevent the generation of vortex due to clogging when the ascending air current is convected, the width of the water droplet flow restraining surface is gradually increased, while the protrusions having the water droplet flow restraining surface are formed in multi- The first column is formed with the smallest width and the second column is formed with a relatively larger width than the first column so that the third column is relatively larger than the second column and the positions are shifted from each other Zigzag so as to prevent the occurrence of vortex during convection.
Therefore, the upward flow by the heating is generated, and the droplet is immediately dropped by the protrusion having the water droplet flow resting surface without being moved to the outer edge of the ceiling while maintaining the state that the water droplet is formed on the ceiling of the lid during convection. Even when the projections having the water droplet flow reduction surface are formed in multiple stages, the positions formed at the front end and the rear end are formed to be staggered from each other, so that the upward flow moving during the convection does not cause the vortex phenomenon.
