Claims (15)
- 적어도 하나의 폴리이미드층, 적어도 1층의 절연성 기재 및 적어도 1층의 금속박을 포함하는 금속박 부착형 적층체로서, 상기 폴리이미드층은 일반식 (I) :(상기 식에서,R은 시클로헥산으로부터 유도된 4가의 기이고, Φ은 탄소수 2∼39의 2가의 지방족기, 지환족기, 방향족기,또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 기이며,Φ의 주쇄에는 -O-,-SO2-,-CO-,-CH2-,-C(CH3)2-,-OSi(CH3)2-,-C2H4O- 및 -S-로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 기가 개재되어 있어도 된다.)로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리이미드로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 절연성 기재,상기 금속박,또는 그 쌍방의 표면상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 절연성 기재와 상기 금속박의 사이에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 폴리이미드의 유기용매 용액을 상기 절연성 기재, 상기 금속박, 또는 그 쌍방의 표면에 도포하고,용매를 증발시킴으로써 형성된 접착층인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 폴리이미드로 이루어진 접착성 폴리이미드 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 금속박 부착형 적층체의 표면층인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 폴리이미드의 유기용매 용액을 도포하고,용매를 증발시킴으로써 형성된 커버 코트층인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 폴리이미드로 이루어진 커버층 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 비프로톤성 극성 유기용매를 식각액으로서 이용한 습식 식각법에 의해 패턴화 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 절연성 기재와 상기 금속박의 사이에 배치되어 있고,또한 상기 폴리이미드의 유기용매 용액을 도포하고,용매를 증발시킴으로써 형성된 접착층 또는 상기 폴리이미드로 이루어진 접착성 폴리이미드 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연성 기재와 상기 금속박은 프린트 배선판이고,상기 폴리이미드층은 상기 프린트 배선판의 회로면 상에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 금속박 부착형 적층체는, 상기 폴리이미드층 상에 절연성 기재가 추가로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 금속박 부착형 적층체는, 상기 폴리이미드층 상에 프린트 배선판이 추가로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드의 유리전이 온도는 350℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리이미드의 10GHz에 있어서의 유전율은 3.2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속박 부착형 적층체.
