Claims (10)
- 부피 입자경 분포에 있어서, 각각 2 ㎛ 미만에서 피크를 갖는 고무 입자와 2 ㎛ 이상에서 피크를 갖는 고무 입자를, 전자의 고무 입자를 2 내지 15 중량%, 후자의 고무 입자를 0.2 내지 10 중량% 함유하는 내충격성 스티렌계 수지를 포함하는 기재층과,적어도 그 한쪽면에 열가소성 수지 (C)와, 상기 열가소성 수지 (C) 100 중량부에 대해서 5 내지 50 중량부의 카본블랙 (D) 을 함유하는 표면층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품 포장용 다층 시트.
- 부피 평균 입자경이 0.5 ㎛ 내지 1.5 ㎛ 인 고무를 10 내지 15 중량% 함유하는 내충격성 스티렌계 수지 (A) 와, 부피 평균 입자경이 2.0 ㎛ 내지 3.0 ㎛ 인 고무를 5 내지 10 중량% 함유하는 내충격성 스티렌계 수지 (B) 를, 양 성분의 합계에 대해서 (A) 가 50 내지 95 중량%, (B) 가 5 내지 50 중량% 함유하는 기재층과,적어도 그 한쪽면에 열가소성 수지 (C)와, 상기 열가소성 수지 (C) 100 중량부에 대해서 5 내지 50 중량부의 카본블랙 (D) 을 함유하는 표면층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품 포장용 다층 시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 (C) 가 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지, 폴리스티렌계 수지 및 ABS 계 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1 종류 이상인 것인 전자부품 포장용 다층 시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 표면층이 열가소성 수지 (C) 와 카본블랙 (D) 의 합계량 100 중량부에 대해서 추가로 올레핀계 수지 (E) 1 내지 50 중량부, 스티렌 및 공액디엔으로 제조되는 블록 코폴리머 (F) 0.2 내지 20 중량부, 또는 이들 모두를 함유하는 전자부품 포장용 다층 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면층의 표면 고유 저항값이 102 내지 1010 Ω 인 전자부품 포장용 다층 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면층의 두께가 시트 전체 두께의 2 내지 80 % 인 전자부품 포장용 다층 시트.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자부품 포장용 시트를 구비하는 전자부품 포장용기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 전자부품 포장용기가 캐리어 테이프인 전자부품 포장용기.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 전자부품 포장용기를 구비하는 전자부품 포장체.
