- 각각 발광수단을 가지는 복수의 화소로 구성된 표시유닛과;상기 화소로 아날로그 표시신호를 입력하기 위한 신호선 및;상기 신호선을 통해서 상기 화소로 입력된 아날로그 표시신호에 기초하여, 상기 발광수단을 구동하기 위한 발광 구동수단을 포함하고,상기 화소마다 설치되어 있는 상기 발광 구동수단은 전계효과 트랜지스터(FET)이고,상기 신호선은 적어도 하나의 용량수단을 통해서 상기 전계효과 트랜지스터의 게이트에 접속되어 있으며,상기 전계효과 트랜지스터의 소스 또는 드레인의 일단은 전원수단에 접속되어 있고, 상기 소스 및 드레인의 타단은 상기 발광수단에 접속되어 있으며, 상기 소스 및 드레인의 적어도 하나는 제1 스위치를 통해서 상기 전원수단 또는 상기 발광수단에 접속되어 있고,상기 전계효과 트랜지스터는 상기 용량수단을 통해서 상기 아날로그 표시신호 및 삼각 펄스신호 중의 하나를 그 게이트로 인가하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 발광수단은, 유기발광 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 발광 구동수단 및 상기 제1 스위치는, 투명기판상에 설치되어 있는 다결정실리콘 박막 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전계효과 트랜지스터의 게이트와 드레인 사이에는 제2 스위치가 설치되어 있고, 상기 드레인과 상기 발광수단 사이에는 제1 스위치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 전계효과 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 스위치 및 상기 제2 스위치는, 동일한 도전형의 TFT인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 아날로그 표시신호와 상기 삼각 펄스신호는, 모두 공통의 DA 변환기에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 DA 변환기는, 다결정실리콘 박막 트랜지스터로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.

- 각각 발광수단을 가지는 복수의 화소로 구성된 표시유닛과;상기 화소로 아날로그 표시신호를 입력하기 위한 신호선과;상기 신호선을 통해서 상기 화소로 입력된 아날로그 표시신호에 기초하여, 상기 발광수단을 구동하기 위한 구동 TFT 및;화상을 표시하는 동안 상기 발광수단의 점등 또는 소등을 제어하기 위한 점등 TFT를 포함하되,상기 신호선은 화소 캐패시터의 양단을 통하여 구동 TFT의 게이트에 접속되어 있고,점등 TFT의 소스-드레인 경로는 구동 TFT의 소스-드레인 경로를 통해서 전원선과 발광 수단 사이에 접속되어 있고,상기 발광수단의 점등 및 상기 소등의 시간 기간비율은 1:9 ~ 9:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
